Supersprint

Supersprint has built performance exhaust systems in Mantova, Italy since 1955. Systems are designed and manufactured in house from AISI 304 stainless steel, with AISI 310S and Inconel used where thermal and mechanical stress is highest. Piping is generally 1.5mm wall, mandrel bent and TIG or MIG welded; flanges are CNC machined stainless from 7mm to 12mm thick; mufflers use a direct-flow core packed with stainless steel wool and basalt wool. Catalyst hardware is sourced from HJS, a motorsport converter specialist. Every new application is developed against a baseline measured on the AWD MAHA dynamometer at the Mantova R and D facility, and over 80 percent of production is exported outside Italy.
