Supersprint’s Race Rear Exhaust for G26 / G22 / G23 BMW 420i and 430i is built for the four-cylinder 4 Series in all three of its bodies, the Gran Coupe, the Coupe and the Convertible, each of which shares the G20’s engines but wears a lower, longer tail. Mantova names it Racing and lists no valve, so the car gets a sound that matches the way it looks. Supersprint registers it for the European 420i, 430i and 430i xDrive with the particulate filter, as a rear muffler kit for the stock center section and as the end of its own system. Supersprint has built exhaust systems in Mantova, Italy since 1955, designing and manufacturing in house rather than assembling bought-in parts. Piping is AISI 304 stainless at a nominal 1.5mm wall, mandrel bent and TIG or MIG welded to CNC machined stainless flanges 7mm to 12mm thick; AISI 310S and Inconel come out where thermal load is highest, and catalyst hardware comes from HJS. Every application is developed against a baseline measured on the AWD MAHA dynamometer in Mantova, which is why the catalogue is model specific rather than universal.

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule.
