Supersprint’s V-Clamp Front Pipe for G29 BMW Z4 sDrive20i / sDrive30i begins the Mantova system on the four-cylinder roadster and on its Toyota twin, the two-litre GR Supra. It meets a downpipe with a V-clamp joint and hands over to the Supersprint Center Pipe, which Supersprint says it must be installed with. On the Z4, Supersprint registers it for cars with the particulate filter; the Supra registrations cover the SZ-R and Fuji Speedway with and without it. Supersprint has built exhaust systems in Mantova, Italy since 1955, designing and manufacturing in house rather than assembling bought-in parts. Piping is AISI 304 stainless at a nominal 1.5mm wall, mandrel bent and TIG or MIG welded to CNC machined stainless flanges 7mm to 12mm thick; AISI 310S and Inconel come out where thermal load is highest, and catalyst hardware comes from HJS. Every application is developed against a baseline measured on the AWD MAHA dynamometer in Mantova, which is why the catalogue is model specific rather than universal.

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer.
