Running a stiffer aftermarket front sway bar without upgrading the endlinks is one of the more common ways to leave performance gains on the floor. The factory endlinks use rubber bushings that deflect under load, which partially absorbs the lateral stiffness the upgraded bar was supposed to deliver. On top of that, the factory design offers no length adjustment; which matters as soon as ride height changes, spring settling, or corner weighting creates even slight height differences side to side. Preload in the sway bar from unequal endlink length changes how the bar behaves and creates asymmetric handling responses that can be difficult to isolate without the right tools. The SPL Parts FE E9M adjustable front sway bar endlinks address both problems. Each endlink uses a massive PTFE-lined FK 1/2-inch bearing at the shock mount connection, delivering the highest load capacity available in this application and eliminating the deflection that rubber introduces. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer.
