Supersprint’s 75mm Sleeve Pipe for G20 / G21 BMW 320i is a small part with one exact job: joining a Supersprint rear to the factory center section on cars whose exhaust runs at 75mm. Supersprint lists it only in its rear muffler kit for the stock center section, registered on the European 320i sedan and Touring and on the 420i and 430i Coupe, Convertible and Gran Coupe. It is the piece that turns a Supersprint rear into a simple swap at the back of the car, with no cutting and no change to the front of the system. Owners of the 330i or of the USA-model cars should check the Applications list first, because Supersprint does not register it there.

Supersprint has built exhaust systems in Mantova, Italy since 1955, designing and manufacturing in house rather than assembling bought-in parts. Piping is AISI 304 stainless at a nominal 1.5mm wall, mandrel bent and TIG or MIG welded to CNC machined stainless flanges 7mm to 12mm thick; AISI 310S and Inconel come out where thermal load is highest, and catalyst hardware comes from HJS. Every application is developed against a baseline measured on the AWD MAHA dynamometer in Mantova, which is why the catalogue is model specific rather than universal.

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance.
