Digital Design & Testing

• Once the digital scan is complete, ZACOE Performance designers gather for brainstorming sessions and begin sketching concepts by hand. These initial sketches are refined in computer-aided design (CAD) software, where the team brings their most innovative ideas to life in a digital format. After completing the draft design, basic aerodynamic testing is performed using advanced software tools. Prototyping

• After finalizing and testing the digital design, ZACOE Performance fabricates a physical prototype of the kit using ABS. Mold-making

• With the prototype tested and refined, ZACOE Performance transitions to the final phase: mold creation for the carbon fiber kit.
