The Fabspeed Supercup Cat Back Exhaust for 992 Porsche 911 GT3 & GT3 RS exists because Porsche built a 9,000 rpm naturally aspirated flat-six and then apologised for it. Even with PSE open, the factory system holds the 4.0L at arm’s length. Fabspeed designs, engineers, dyno tests and race proves its own work from its Fort Washington, Pennsylvania facility, and the answer here is not volume for its own sake: titanium investment cast inlet pipes, CNC machined and laser welded to a T304L stainless centre section, running into an investment cast X-pipe that equalises pulses and takes drone out before it reaches the cabin. Seventeen pounds come off the back of the car, the system is 50-state emissions legal and CARB exempt, and Fabspeed’s own electronic valve simulators keep the dash clean.
