• Upon completing the model and concept, ZACOE Performance acquires an OEM car and performs 3D scanning to create a highly accurate digital model. This process uses advanced scanners to capture the precise shape and dimensions of the car’s exterior. The digital model becomes the foundation for the design process, ensuring ZACOE Performance’s hallmark precision for intricate mechanisms and bolt-on fitment. Scanning each car typically takes over 40 hours.

Digital Design & Testing

• With the digital model in hand, ZACOE Performance designers gather for brainstorming sessions and begin sketching concepts by hand. These initial ideas are then brought to life through computer-aided design (CAD) software, where bold visions take shape in a digital format. Once the draft design is complete, the team performs basic aerodynamic testing using specialized software. This seamless integration of technology enables ZACOE Performance to achieve sophistication, exceptional quality, and innovative results.

Prototyping

• Following the design and testing phase, ZACOE Performance fabricates a physical prototype of the kit using ABS. Utilizing advanced tools like 3D printers or CNC machines, the team meticulously crafts each component. Mold-making

• After refining and testing the prototype, ZACOE Performance moves on to creating the molds for the carbon fiber kit.
