Supersprint’s 4x120mm Rolled Exhaust Tips for G90 / G99 BMW M5 are four 120mm tailpipes with rolled ends in Gun Metal Grey, two for each side of a Supersprint rear section. They are the largest tips Supersprint offers for the M5 and the only set made for the G90 and G99 alone; the two 100mm sets also fit the F90 M5 and several other S63 and S68 cars. Pick them to fill the M5 bumper cutouts with the biggest pipe Supersprint makes. They fit only a Supersprint rear section, so they are ordered with the Supersprint rear and the Connecting Pipes.

Supersprint has built exhaust systems in Mantova, Italy since 1955, designing and manufacturing in house rather than assembling bought-in parts. Piping is AISI 304 stainless at a nominal 1.5mm wall, mandrel bent and TIG or MIG welded to CNC machined stainless flanges 7mm to 12mm thick; AISI 310S and Inconel come out where thermal load is highest, and catalyst hardware comes from HJS. Every application is developed against a baseline measured on the AWD MAHA dynamometer in Mantova, which is why the catalogue is model specific rather than universal.

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance.
