JCR’s Titanium Valved Race Exhaust System for the 991.2 Porsche Carrera, Carrera S, GTS, and T pairs a 100% titanium valved center section with Helical Technologies titanium valves and your choice of Inconel 625 HJS 200-Cell Race Silencers or 100% Inconel 625 Silencer Deletes, retaining full factory valve control for a direct bolt-on fit that improves flow, sharpens response, and enhances sound; optional motorsport-grade Inconel Heat Shielding further manages radiant temperatures. Expect substantial weight savings (up to ~ 11.75kg vs. OEM) and gains in the 30-35hp and 40-45 lb-ft of torque range on an OEM ECU tune. Available versions — Valved Exhaust System with Race Silencers, Valved Exhaust System with Race Silencers (silencers heat-shielded), Valved Exhaust System with Silencer Deletes, and Valved Exhaust System with Silencer Deletes (deletes heat-shielded). This system is not compatible with 991.2 OPF-equipped cars and requires a vehicle that was factory-equipped with Porsche Sport Exhaust (PSE).

Light Weight

Through the use of lightweight materials and sophisticated engineering, JCR reduces the overall weight of the factory 991.2 Carrera exhaust components. Lowering mass always benefits performance vehicles, and on this rear-biased platform the effect is amplified, improving overall balance and handling.

Direct Replacement

All JCR 991.2 Carrera exhaust components are direct replacements for their OEM counterparts with a guaranteed fit. Installation requires no additional modifications beyond removing the OEM part and fitting the JCR equivalent with the supplied hardware.

Flow Equals Power

Replacing the restrictive and heavy factory center silencer with JCR’s Titanium Centre enhances bank-to-bank mixing and increases flow via a straight-through design that maintains the factory catalyst exit diameter all the way to the tips. Expect gains in horsepower, torque, and turbo response.

Factory Valve Control

JCR’s 991.2 Carrera Race Exhaust Systems retain full factory valve functionality, operating via the OEM exhaust button and engine mode switches just as the stock system does.

HJS 200-Cell Race Silencers

The JCR Inconel Race Silencers upgrade the restrictive factory assembly to a pair of high-flow HJS 200-cell race silencers — one per turbo — significantly increasing flow and performance. In certain cases a CEL may still occur, typically due to poor fuel quality or applying high load before the engine and exhaust have reached full operating temperature.

Silencer Deletes

With the JCR Inconel Silencer Deletes, the restrictive silencers are removed to maximize performance and sound. Rather than merely omitting the 200-cell elements, JCR employs a redesigned profile to correctly manage gases from the turbo flange into the main flow path for optimal performance.

Heat Management

This product includes motorsport-grade thermal protection as standard. The selected heat shielding is used at the highest levels of motorsport to control temperatures while protecting surrounding components and dramatically reducing radiant heat.

Power Increase

Every component in the JCR Titanium Exhaust line is engineered to increase horsepower and torque, with results varying by configuration. The most extreme free-flowing system on this platform delivers gains in the mid 30hp range, markedly sharper engine response, and a substantial increase in mid-range torque.

Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest.
