Advanced Material and Manufacturing Method

• The FRP shells, which up until now have been composed of glass fiber and aramid fibers, are now reinforced by the addition of high–performance materials. This has resulted in a 15% increase in shell rigidity. In order to enhance comfort and durability during extended drives, newly molded urethane is being employed for both seat cushions as well as thigh cushioning that come into direct contact with the body.
