• Advanced Material & Manufacturing Method: BRIDE has improved shell rigidity by 15% by using high-performance materials in the FRP shells, including glass fiber and aramid fiber. The seat and thigh cushions, in direct contact with the driver, now incorporate molded urethane for enhanced comfort and durability during prolonged use.
• Shell Design & Hold Performance Focused on Safety: A newly contoured shell and vertical slits in the back cushion enhance fit from the headrest down to the back and shoulders, enabling drivers to maintain an optimal driving position comfortably over extended periods. The raised thigh design also reduces the risk of the submarine phenomenon, where occupants slide forward, especially during heavy braking or collisions.
• LOWMAX System in the ZETA Series: The ZETA series integrates the LOWMAX system, narrowing shoulder width to 560mm. Previously available only in select full bucket and reclining seats, the LOWMAX system in ZETA enables precise alignment of the seat center with the steering wheel center, making it adaptable to a broader range of vehicle models.

This special edition pairs the latest ZETA IV model with Drift King “Keiichi TSUCHIYA.” As BRIDE’s flagship model, ZETA IV is crafted for optimal body support and designed for versatile use across street driving and various motorsports. Utilizing BRIDE’s extensive seat-making expertise, the ZETA IV is built with high-performance materials in every component, creating a lightweight, highly rigid full bucket seat that excels in hold-ability, comfort, durability, and safety. Available in two shell materials—FRP silver shell and super aramid black shell—the seat is finished in black fabric, with unique green lines and stitching inspired by Mr. Tsuchiya’s signature color.
  • Gold Embroidery Accents: The KING series, a collaboration with Mr. Keiichi Tsuchiya, a renowned Japanese racing and drift driver, features gold embroidery on the backrest and headrest, displaying Tsuchiya’s nicknames “KING” and “craftsman.”
  • Enhanced cushion for comfort & durability: The seat and thigh cushions are crafted from high-density urethane foam, designed for pressure distribution across the seat’s flat surface to provide superior hold, reduce fatigue, and enhance longevity. Additionally, the back cushion includes a vertical slit to offer spinal support and ensure a comfortable fit.

BRIDE’s seats are ASEA-approved products which have cleared the standards of ASEA, the industry organization whose members comprise motorsports companies and related tuning parts manufacture and sales companies which represent Japan, and are models which conform to vehicle inspections and have cleared rigorous safety benchmarks. The safety benchmark comprises 6 items–“seat back rear surface crash test”, “head restraint forward crash test”, “head restraint static test”, “seat and seat mounting test”, “seat belt mounting test”, and “flame resistance test”–in which a great amount of force is applied to the seats assuming an accident to check whether the seats are damaged and whether they can be maintained for the regulated time, and to confirm the safety of the seats.

Also, BRIDE’s seats are the first seats produced in Japan to be licensed by FIA, and they provide 9 models which can be used in international races. In order to maintain and improve product quality to pass safety benchmarks and strict FIA strength tests, BRIDE conducts thorough management of its manufacturing process. In order to provide high quality seats, craftsmen with the highly refined skills to manufacture by hand, materials developed with advanced technology such as shells and cloth, and the logistics to manufacture and ship to the market with stability are all essential. In order to strictly control and maintain seat quality, they only use Made in Japan.
