Supersprint’s 2x100mm Valved Rear Exhaust for G20 / G21 BMW 320i and 330i is the rear for an owner who wants two cars in one: a four-cylinder 3 Series that leaves the house quietly and opens up when the road does. Each side carries a single 100mm tailpipe, and the valve gives the quieter setting the Racing rear leaves out. Supersprint registers it for the 320i and 330i sedan and Touring, the USA 330i included, and lists it both as part of its full system and as a rear muffler kit on the factory center section. Supersprint has built exhaust systems in Mantova, Italy since 1955, designing and manufacturing in house rather than assembling bought-in parts. Piping is AISI 304 stainless at a nominal 1.5mm wall, mandrel bent and TIG or MIG welded to CNC machined stainless flanges 7mm to 12mm thick; AISI 310S and Inconel come out where thermal load is highest, and catalyst hardware comes from HJS. Every application is developed against a baseline measured on the AWD MAHA dynamometer in Mantova, which is why the catalogue is model specific rather than universal.

Special order items from overseas take considerably longer.
