3D Scanning

• After finalizing the model and concept, ZACOE Performance obtains an OEM car and conducts a 3D scanning process to produce an exceptionally accurate digital model. Using advanced scanners, the exact shape and dimensions of the car’s exterior are captured, forming the foundation for the design process. Precision is critical, as ZACOE integrates intricate mechanisms and bolt-on fitment, with each scan taking over 40 hours to complete.

Digital Design & Testing

• Once the digital model is ready, ZACOE Performance designers engage in brainstorming sessions to conceptualize ideas through detailed hand-drawn sketches. These sketches are transformed into computer-aided design (CAD) software, where the boldest concepts are refined. The draft design undergoes basic aerodynamic testing using advanced software, ensuring the highest standards of quality, sophistication, and innovation.

Prototyping

• Next, ZACOE Performance creates a physical prototype of the kit using ABS material. Specialized tools, including 3D printers and CNC machines, fabricate each component with precision. The prototype is then assembled and fitted to the car for performance and fitment validation.

Mold-making

• With a finalized prototype, ZACOE Performance proceeds to the mold-making phase for the carbon fiber kit. Each mold is crafted using a combination of manual expertise and specialized machinery, ensuring a flawless finish. The result is a lightweight, sleek carbon fiber kit that enhances both the vehicle’s performance and aesthetics.
