3D Scanning

• Upon completing the model and concept, ZACOE Performance acquires an OEM car and subjects it to 3D scanning to produce a highly accurate digital model. Using a specialized scanner, the precise shape and dimensions of the car’s exterior are captured. This digital model becomes the cornerstone of the design process. With a focus on integrating advanced inner mechanisms and seamless bolt-on fitment, ZACOE Performance ensures precision during this critical initial phase, dedicating over 40 hours to the scanning process for each car.

Digital Design & Testing

• Once the digital scan is complete, ZACOE Performance’s design team gathers to brainstorm and develop initial concepts through hand-drawn sketches. These sketches are then refined in computer-aided design (CAD) software, where bold ideas are brought to life in a digital format. After finalizing the draft design, basic aerodynamic testing is performed using advanced software tools. Prototyping

• With the digital design finalized and tested, ZACOE Performance transitions to creating a physical prototype of the kit using ABS. Mold-making
