• After finalizing the model and concept, ZACOE Performance acquires an OEM car and performs a meticulous 3D scanning process to produce an ultra-precise digital model. Utilizing a specialized scanner, the exact dimensions and contours of the car’s exterior are captured, establishing the foundation for the design process. This stage demands absolute precision, as ZACOE’s designs integrate advanced inner mechanisms and bolt-on fitment, with the scanning process typically taking over 40 hours per vehicle.

Digital Design & Testing

• With the digital model complete, ZACOE Performance designers engage in brainstorming sessions and begin conceptualizing through hand-drawn sketches. These initial ideas are then translated into computer-aided design (CAD) software, where bold concepts are refined. Once the design draft is ready, it undergoes basic aerodynamic testing using cutting-edge software tools, ensuring the result is both innovative and of the highest quality.

Prototyping

• The next step involves crafting a physical prototype of the kit using ABS material. Advanced machinery such as 3D printers and CNC machines is employed to fabricate each component. The prototype is then assembled and fitted onto the car to test for proper alignment and performance.

Mold-making

• Following successful testing and adjustments, ZACOE Performance proceeds to create molds for the carbon fiber kit. The prototype serves as a template for crafting these molds, which combine skilled manual craftsmanship with specialized equipment.
