Nitron Front Adjustable Top Plates for X95 Renault Mégane RS 250 / 265

Nitron’s Mégane RS 265 Top Plates give the front end of the X95 Renault Mégane RS 250 and RS 265 the camber and caster adjustment that the factory strut mounts leave little room for. Once a car is lowered or fitted with stiffer springs, the front alignment moves, and rubber top mounts give you no good way to bring it back. These Front Adjustable Top Plates replace them with machined aluminum plates that hold the strut in a fixed position and let both angles be set deliberately. On a front-drive hot hatch that loads its front tires harder than anything else on the car, that matters for grip on corner entry, for tire wear, and for how much weight and stability you feel through the steering. The plates are sold as a pair, they are designed for Nitron coilovers, and a professional alignment is required after installation.

Rubber-Free Construction

Rubber is what makes a factory mount quiet, and it is also what lets the strut shift under hard braking and cornering. Take it out and the strut stays exactly where you set it. The trade is a little more noise and road feedback, which most owners running Nitron coilovers on an RS are happy to accept.

Machined for Nitron Coilovers

Each plate is cut from aluminum, finished in titanium grey anodizing, and sized to suit the mounting of a Nitron damper. Fitting another brand’s damper may take modification, so these are meant to be paired with Nitron units.

Bespoke Engineering

Nitron works out the plate’s geometry for the Mégane RS specifically, so the range of adjustment comes from how this strut tower and front axle behave and not from a universal plate with a few extra slots. The result is camber and caster movement that is useful on the road and at a track day without running out of travel.

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule.
