Roll Center Adjuster for GK5: puts the front geometry of a lowered Fit back where it belongs, for less roll and a sharper turn-in.
J’s Racing’s Roll Center Adjuster for GK5 Fits fixes the geometry problem that comes with lowering. Drop a Fit and the lower arms tilt, so the roll center sinks too far below the center of gravity; the body rolls more, cornering force is lost and usable suspension stroke shrinks. Born from the Osaka tuner’s Super Taikyu and time attack programs, the part moves the roll center back toward its ideal position, using correction values J’s Racing settled on after repeated testing. It is meant for any Fit lowered 20mm or more; a car at stock height, or dropped less than that, does not need it.
J’s Racing was established in Osaka in 1989, as VTEC engines and lightweight Civics and Integras were changing what a Honda could do, and it has built parts for Hondas ever since. The company develops engine response, suspension, braking, cooling and aerodynamics together as one system, then proves the parts in time attack, gymkhana, endurance and circuit racing. Its Fit lapped Tsukuba Circuit in 1’00.459, and its naturally aspirated AP1 S2000, the Maou car, became the company’s reference build for the Honda roadster. Every J’s Racing part is designed and tested in Japan, and J’s Racing USA in Carson, California handles distribution in the United States.
