The JCR Titanium Valved Center Section is a direct replacement for the OEM center section on the 992.1 Porsche 911 Carrera and Turbo models. Made from titanium and Inconel, it reduces weight by over 7kg and retains the factory valve control for a variable sound. It’s available for both quad-tip and oval-tip exhausts.

The JCR Titanium Valved Center Section is a direct replacement for the OEM center section on the 992.1 Porsche 911 Carrera, Carrera S, Carrera GTS, Sport Classic, Turbo, and Turbo S, and is featured on the JCR Titanium Valved Race Exhaust System. Designed to reduce weight, enhance sound, and increase performance, this system retains the factory valve control, allowing for a quiet, drone-free experience when the valves are closed and a louder, more aggressive tone when open. Crafted from a combination of lightweight titanium for the center section and heat-resistant Inconel 625 for the valve sections, it offers a significant weight saving of 7.20kg over the factory part. The exhaust features a tuned merge to improve exhaust scavenging for a smoother, more pleasant tone. It is available for both Standard Models with Quad Tips and PSE-Equipped Models with Oval Tips.

Light Weight

Through the use of lightweight materials and clever design, JCR has managed to significantly reduce the overall weight of the factory 992.1 Turbo exhaust components. While any weight reduction provides great benefits in a performance vehicle, the gains are exaggerated on this platform, as reducing the rear-biased weight distribution helps to improve overall balance and handling.

Direct Replacement

All of the JCR 992.1 Carrera and Turbo exhaust components are direct replacements for their OEM equivalents, with a guaranteed perfect fit every time. No further work is required during installation beyond removing the OEM part and replacing it with its JCR equivalent and any supplied hardware.

Factory Valve Control

The purpose of JCR’s Titanium Race products for the 992.1 Carrera and Turbo models is to reduce weight as much as possible while increasing power, torque, and improving overall sound. JCR’s valved version of the center section provides a nice increase in overall sound with the valves open and a zero-drone, quiet sound with the valves closed. A tuned merge, active with both valves open and closed, also provides an improved exhaust scavenging effect along with a smoother, more pleasant tone.

Power Increase

Every component of the JCR Titanium Exhaust line is guaranteed to improve horsepower and torque, with varying results dependent on the combination of parts. JCR’s most extreme free-flowing system will see gains in the mid-40 HP range on this platform along with great improvements in engine response and a big boost in mid-range torque.

Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest. Every price you see includes the shipping cost to our office in Los Angeles, California and all the associated taxes/duties/fees for bringing the products into the US. The only shipping you ever pay is from our facility in the US to your location. Be wary of resellers that don’t include the cost of international shipping in their pricing on JDM parts. While we believe we’ll always have the lowest all-in price on JDM products, we offer a price match guarantee for all authentic parts purchased from authorized dealers as well. For many international customers, it’s much more affordable to ship from the USA than from Japan directly, as the air freight and ocean freight costs are typically much less.
