The JCR Titanium Silenced Race Exhaust System for the 992.1 Porsche 911 Carrera, Carrera GTS, Sport Classic, Turbo, and Turbo S is a direct replacement for the OEM exhaust that is designed to reduce weight, improve sound, and increase performance. This non-valved system provides maximum flow and sound by deleting the factory valve switching function. The built-in valve delete ensures the vehicle runs perfectly without any check engine lights. Crafted from lightweight titanium for the center section and heat-resistant Inconel 625 for the silencer options, the system offers significant weight savings. It is available with Race Silencers or Silencer Deletes, and can be configured with or without heat-shielding. This system is guaranteed to deliver substantial gains in horsepower and torque.

Silencer Version

Race Silencers: JCR’s Inconel Race Silencer features a high-flow 200-cell HJS core. As a result, flow is greatly increased, and improved performance follows. For cars with no OPF monitoring, JCR’s Race Silencers in most cases will not cause any CEL and do not require any tuning. In certain instances, it’s still possible for a CEL to occur. This tends to happen if the car has poor fuel quality or excess load is applied before the engine and exhaust system are up to full operating temperature. With this in mind, JCR does not guarantee that there is no chance of a CEL with these parts installed.
Silencer Deletes: With the JCR Inconel Silencer Delete, the factory restrictive assembly is removed for maximum performance and sound. Rather than simply removing the silencer from their Race Silencer products, JCR created an entirely new profile to correctly control the gasses from the turbo flange down to the main flow path to optimize performance.

Light Weight

Through the use of lightweight materials and clever design, JCR has managed to significantly reduce the overall weight of the factory 992 Turbo exhaust components. While any weight reduction is beneficial in a performance vehicle, the gains are exaggerated on this platform, as reducing the rear-biased weight distribution helps to improve overall balance and handling.

Direct Replacement

All of JCR’s 992.1 Carrera & Turbo Race Exhaust Systems are a direct replacement for their OEM equivalents, with a guaranteed perfect fit every time. No further work is required during installation beyond removing the OEM part and replacing it with its JCR equivalent along with any supplied hardware.

High Flow Silencers

The purpose of the JCR Titanium Race products for the 992.1 Carrera and Turbo models is to reduce weight by the maximum amount possible while increasing power, torque, and improving the overall sound. JCR’s silenced version of the center section provides a nice increase in overall sound compared to the factory exhaust and includes a tuned merge for an improved exhaust scavenging effect and a smoother, more pleasant tone.

Valve Delete

JCR’s Titanium Race Exhaust System deletes the factory valve switching function for a more pure driving experience and maximum flow. The 992.1 Carrera and Turbo models feature electronic valve control which, if removed without consideration, will cause poor running and check engine lights. With this in mind, all of JCR’s centers include a built-in valve delete which ensures no concerns for owners. Owners can simply replace the factory valve motor actuator onto the JCR valve delete section, and the car will run perfectly without any concerns of engine lights.

Heat Management

This version of the JCR Race Exhaust System features the highest quality thermal protection. The heat shielding JCR has selected is used in the highest levels of motorsport to control temperatures while protecting and dramatically reducing the effects of radiant heat into the surrounding areas.

Power Increase

Every component of the JCR Titanium Exhaust line is guaranteed to improve horsepower and torque, with varying results depending on the combination of parts. JCR’s most extreme free-flowing system will see gains in the mid 40hp range on this platform along with great improvements in engine response and a big boost in mid-range torque.

Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest.
