JCR Titanium Non-Valved Race Exhaust System for 992 Porsche 911 GT3, GT3 RS, GT3 Touring, and S/T

The JCR Titanium Non-Valved Race Exhaust System for the 992 Porsche 911 GT3, GT3 RS, GT3 Touring, and S/T is a direct-replacement exhaust component designed to enhance performance and sound. Made from 100% titanium, this system provides significant weight savings — up to nearly 14kg — improving the vehicle’s handling balance. It is engineered to optimize exhaust flow, leading to increased horsepower and torque while maintaining low-end torque and a smooth sound. The system is available in both a Silenced version, which includes re-packable silencers to reduce decibel levels, and a Non-Silenced version for a more raw, aggressive sound. This exhaust system is not compatible with OEM tips and requires the use of JCR-specific tips, which are offered in a variety of styles and finishes, including Titanium Race Megaphone (raw or black coated), Titanium Race Cup, and Inconel Race Rolled (polished or black coated).

Light Weight

Due to its 100% titanium construction, JCR’s Titanium Silenced Race Exhaust System offers fantastic weight savings over the OEM steel exhaust. While any weight reduction is a benefit, removing mass from behind the rear axle of a 911 can dramatically improve handling balance. This modification provides a major advantage by saving just over 12kg of weight from the rear. The Non-Silenced, Non-Valved version provides the most extreme weight reduction in JCR’s entire product range, saving almost 14kg of mass from the rear of the car.

The Design

Through extensive testing and development, JCR has perfected several key design aspects of the exhaust system to enhance its tone, pitch, and performance. The system features fabricated bends that transition from a large inner diameter directly off the OPF, reducing to 70mm piping. This achieves the target back pressure to maintain low-end torque while allowing the engine to breathe freely up to the 9000rpm redline. The system then merges into a key collection point that scavenges exhaust gases and targets unwanted drone frequencies before exiting into a twin 70mm pipe to the factory 991 GT style 3-bolt flange. This design also allows customers to easily install JCR’s Titanium Silenced Tips if required for noise-restricted track events.

Valve Delete

JCR’s Titanium Non-Silenced and Silenced Race Exhaust Systems delete the factory valve switching function for a more pure driving experience and maximum flow. All 992 GT3 / RS models feature electronic valve control, which, if removed without consideration, will cause poor running and check engine lights. With this in mind, all of JCR’s Non-Valved Race Exhaust Systems include their electronic valve delete modules, ensuring no concerns for owners. Simply install the JCR Valve Delete Kit and the car will run perfectly as per OEM.

Performance Increase

Every component in the JCR Titanium Exhaust line is guaranteed to improve horsepower and torque, with the degree of improvement depending on the specific combination of parts.

RSR Sound

For anyone who has heard the 2018 GTE 911 RSR in person, it would be difficult to find a better-sounding race car. JCR worked hard to replicate that same glorious tone with their Titanium Race Exhaust System on the non-OPF system and have applied that same knowledge to their latest OPF Titanium Race Exhaust System. In this case, hearing truly is believing.

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest.
