Which cars use this 2ZZ-GE set?

Injector Dynamics lists it for the Lotus Elise and Exige from 2005 and the 2000 to 2005 Toyota Celica GTS, all with the 2ZZ-GE engine. Other Toyota models with the 2ZZ-GE are not part of the listing, so confirm your car with Injector Dynamics before ordering.

Is the ID1750-XDS Fuel Injector Set right for a supercharged Exige?

Yes, when E85 or a large power increase is planned. The ID1750-XDS Fuel Injector Set flows 1728cc per minute per injector, and minimum fuel mass is unchanged from the ID1700 so the engine still idles well. A supercharged car on gasoline at moderate boost may suit the ID1300-XDS better.

Do the injectors connect to the factory 2ZZ wiring directly?

No, unless the wiring already uses USCAR plugs. Each injector has a USCAR connector, and Denso, EV1 or OBD2 wiring needs an Injector Dynamics plug and play adapter, sold separately. The Denso adapter is stocked here, so check the plug on a factory injector first.

Will the car need a new tune?

Yes. The 2ZZ-GE must be recalibrated with the flow rate, offset and short pulse data Injector Dynamics publishes for the 1750. A 1728cc per minute injector on the factory values would over fuel badly at idle and part throttle, so the calibration comes before driving.

What is the warranty?

Injector Dynamics gives one year from purchase against manufacturer defects, conditional on correct fuel and proper filtration. Because the four injectors are flow matched, a single replacement is supplied by Injector Dynamics. A cleaning, inspection and flow test service is also available from its Arizona facility.

Description

Injector Dynamics ID1750-XDS Fuel Injector Set for 2ZZ-GE Lotus Elise, Lotus Exige and Toyota Celica GTS

Injector Dynamics’ ID1750-XDS Fuel Injector Set for the 2ZZ-GE gives the 2005-on Lotus Elise and Exige, and the 2000-2005 Toyota Celica GTS, four 1728cc/min injectors on 60mm bodies with blue 11mm tops. The 30.01 application code covers that high-revving 1.8L four. This is fuel for a supercharged or turbocharged 2ZZ on E85; a naturally aspirated Elise or Celica on gasoline would be better served by a smaller flow class.

Configuration

The 30.01 code marks the 2ZZ-GE application, the 60 is the 60mm body and the 11 is the blue 11mm top. The same engine is offered in the ID1300-XDS and ID2600-XDS flow classes.

Features

ID1750-XDS Fuel Injector Set coded for the 2ZZ-GE
Four 60mm injectors with blue 11mm tops
Rated for ethanol, methanol, MTBE, nitromethane and gasoline
Better balance between cylinders at low pulsewidths than the ID1700

Specifications

Nominal flow: 1728cc/min at 3.0 bar (43.5 psi), E10 certification fuel at 49C (120F)
Maximum differential fuel pressure: 7.0 bar (101.5 psi)
Offset at 43.5 psi: 1169 microseconds at 12 volts
Electrical connector: USCAR
Body length: 60mm
Top: 11mm (blue)

What’s Included

ID1750-XDS fuel injectors with 11mm tops (x4)

Applications

Lotus Elise and Exige: 2005+ | 2ZZ-GE
Toyota Celica GTS: 2000-2005 | 2ZZ-GE

Notes

The injectors carry USCAR plugs; for Denso wiring add the Injector Dynamics USCAR to Denso PnP Adapter, and other connector types need the matching Injector Dynamics adapter
Plan on a recalibration using the Injector Dynamics data for the 1750 before the car is driven
The 2ZZ-GE application is also offered as the ID1300-XDS Fuel Injector Set for the 2ZZ-GE and the ID2600-XDS Fuel Injector Set for the 2ZZ-GE

About Injector Dynamics

Injector Dynamics is an Arizona injector specialist and an authorized technical partner of Bosch Motorsport, developing its injectors to its own specification rather than modifying production parts. It introduced slope and offset matching in 2007, and its Dual Slope Matching, developed by engineer Aaron Looft, extends matching into the short pulse widths that boosted and ethanol engines rely on. Its flow benches are built in house and calibrated against a NIST-traceable flow prover. Injector Dynamics supplied the emissions-compliant injectors for the twin-turbo Noble M600, and its injectors were fitted to the first seven-second Nissan GT-R and the first 300 mph motorcycle.

Additional Information

The Bulletproof Automotive website contains many thousands of products purchased in multiple different currencies. All of the prices are entered manually and accurately at the time of entry. Due to the consistently fluctuating international exchange rates, at times prices may not be able to be honored at their original intended rate. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, unfortunately our website is unable to compensate dynamically for what can at times be volatile changes in the cost of items due to currency values fluctuating, changes in prices from suppliers, changes in shipping and import duties, and other factors. Rest assured that any order you place on line will be at zero risk to you in this area. If in the event your order cannot be fulfilled at the original intended website price we will offer you a 100% refund, no questions asked. We will continue to do our best to maintain updated prices and we will always continue to offer our price match guarantees as well to ensure our prices are always the best for you. Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest. It is not Bulletproof’s policy to guarantee delivery time of any special order item, this is impossible for us to do. By ordering you acknowledge that there is no required delivery ETA and an order may not be canceled or altered due to manufacturing or shipping delays, all ETA’s are provided as a best guess only. BP Pricing Difference

We do pricing a little differently on our JDM brands and we believe in making things simple and clear. No hidden fees or surcharges. Every price you see includes the shipping cost to our office in Los Angeles, California and all the associated taxes/duties/fees for bringing the products into the US. The only shipping you ever pay is from our facility in the US to your location. Be wary of resellers that don’t include the cost of international shipping in their pricing on JDM parts. While we believe we’ll always have the lowest all-in price on JDM products, we offer a price match guarantee for all authentic parts purchased from authorized dealers as well. For many international customers, it’s much more affordable to ship from the USA than from Japan directly, as the air freight and ocean freight costs are typically much less. However, for customers looking to ship directly from Japan outside of North America, or domestically in Japan, we can provide pricing specifically for that scenario. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any pricing questions or concerns. Please email us at sales@bulletproofautomotive.com with any inquiries.
