GiroDisc’s Front Rotors for C8 Corvette Z06 cars on the standard iron brakes replace the factory front discs with a fully floating two-piece assembly. Inside each high-carbon iron ring are 72 curved vanes that pull air in at the hub, and the ring rides on a black anodized 6061-T6 aluminum hat made in Bellingham, Washington. GiroDisc sets the replacement point at 32mm. A Z06 owner who runs track days on iron brakes, and has no wish to step up to the Z07 carbon ceramics, is the person this rotor was built for.
