GiroDisc’s Front Rotors for B5 Audi S4 and C5 A6 and allroad models are made for one popular brake swap: the Brembo 18Z six-piston caliper from the Porsche Cayenne, Audi Q7 and Volkswagen Touareg, fitted to the 2.7-liter twin-turbo cars. Each two-piece rotor weighs 19.5 lb. It suits the 2.7T owner who has made the caliper upgrade and wants a light, floating disc built for that caliper rather than an adapted factory part.

Fitment and Installation

The only modification is minor clearancing on the bottom of the upright, and GiroDisc provides written instructions and a video for it. Beyond that, the discs bolt to the car and work with the 18Z calipers as intended. The ring floats on 10 cadmium-plated alloy steel drive pins secured by class 12.9 screws.
