NOVITEC has released its tuning program for the much-famed McLaren 750S and McLaren 750S Spider. One of the last supercars powered solely by an ICE (Internal Combustion Engine), it epitomizes the British car maker’s desire to push performance and downforce even further with every engineering and design touch. When NOVITEC turned its attention to this marvelous machine, its engineers and designers needed to dig even deeper into their bag of engineering and design prowess to hone the talents of this two-seater further.
The NOVITEC tuning program for the McLaren 750 S—available for both the coupe and spider versions—includes tailor-made aerodynamic enhancement components finished in the wind tunnel. Unlike many tuners in the world, NOVITEC owns every car they develop for. This ensure the best possible fitment, function and style, cementing NOVITEC’s position as the absolute standard for high end tuning. Fitment, as expected, is OEM or better in every inistance
The aero package is built from stunning exposed-structure carbon fiber, a composite material that gives the body components an exceptional look, lightness and strength. Both versions come adorned with a perfectly executed Gloss clearcoat. Aerodynamically sound, these parts not only improve the aero efficiency of the 750S but also give it a quite fantastic look. The program includes these parts: a front lip spoiler, side skirts, mirror covers, a roof air-intake, side air-intake, entrance panels, a rear bumper, rear diffuser, rear diffuser center and side fins, headlight inserts, and finally, the gorgeous N-LARGO carbon fiber trunk lid (hood).
The package also includes NOVITEC wheels, developed in cooperation with Vossen Wheels, a Miami-based aftermarket wheels powerhouse and one of the best in business at developing lightweight forged wheels. These play an important role in the extravagant appearance of the vehicle, giving it a perfect accentuating touch. The combination of 20-inch and 21-inch wheels at the front and rear emphasizes the wedge shape of the powerful mid-engine sports car. For the 750S, the customers can choose between the NOVITEC MC3 or the NOVITEC MC4 central-lock forged wheels.
In the performance department, NOVITEC offers performance tuning in three stages for the twin-turbo V8, culminating in a peak output of 618 kW / 840 hp and 889 Nm peak torque. The NOVITEC RACE high-performance exhaust system enhances performance while delivering an exhilarating V8 exhaust note. Comprised of NOVITEC’s legendary Race Exhaust System, Sport or Race Downpipes and custom Tailpipes, the exotic howl of the 750S is enhanced to near supernatural levels. An exclusive variant featuring fine gold plating is also available, adding an additional level of appeal. With the maximum NOVITEC performance package adding in their Turbo Inlets and N-Tronic System, this two-seater accelerates from 0-62mph (0 to 100 km/h) in just 2.6 seconds, reaching a top speed of 208 mph (336 km/h).
