NOVITEC Lamborghini Revuelto: Carbon, Power, And 1,048 HP
The NOVITEC Lamborghini Revuelto program takes one of the most spectacular factory builds on the road and sharpens it across every dimension. Carbon aerodynamics developed in the wind tunnel, Vossen-engineered alloy wheels up to 22 inches in diameter, a high-performance exhaust system, and sports springs combine to push the hybrid super sports car’s peak output to 771 kW / 1,048 hp. NOVITEC built this package around a clear goal: make the Revuelto faster, more custom, and more aggressive without compromising what already makes it exceptional.
For the first show car of this program, NOVITEC chose a purple finish that echoes the colour Lamborghini used for the Diablo SE 30 back in 1993, a nod to the Italian brand’s 30th anniversary. The reference is deliberate. NOVITEC works specifically with Lamborghini; this program carries that focus from the bodywork all the way through to the exhaust routing.
The NOVITEC Lamborghini Revuelto aero package was developed with consistent racing intent. Each bodywork component is produced in exposed carbon with a high-gloss clearcoat finish, though painting in vehicle or contrasting colour is an option as well.
At the front, two NOVITEC front spoiler attachments flank the side air intakes, and a central front lip ties the lower face together. The front strut reinforces the front end structurally while keeping the racing aesthetic intact. Together, these pieces generate increased front-axle downforce at speed, which directly improves handling stability. The NOVITEC trunk lid is available in full exposed carbon or vehicle colour, and the headlight covers and front cover are both produced from the same carbon composite. The trunk lid cover and wiper cover round out the top of the car with the same exposed finish. The result is a sharper face on an already aggressive car.
Along the sides, the side panels take on a more sculpted form, with side panel inserts adding further carbon definition to the body. The mirror covers and door control unit carry the exposed carbon theme across the scissor door surfaces. The rear spoiler anchors the back of the car with a more defined shape; its pronounced lip generates additional rear-axle downforce to balance the added front-end grip. The rear engine flaps and rear flaps manage airflow exiting the engine bay, and the rear bumper attachments frame the tailpipe surround cleanly. An air scoop on the hood optimises fresh air delivery to the V-12.

The car shown in this program runs the NOVITEC x Vossen NL5 centerlock wheel set; a hub cover in centerlock styling with six spokes that split into a tapered Y shape connecting to the rim edge. The NL4 centerlock wheel set offers an alternative design for buyers who want a different spoke character while staying within the same forged, CNC-machined construction. The widest fitment in the range pairs 9.5Jx21 wheels at the front with 12.5Jx22 wheels at the rear, wrapped in 265/30 ZR 21 and 355/25 ZR 22 high-performance tires respectively. The staggered sizing reinforces the Revuelto’s wedge proportions while keeping the contact patch exactly where the car needs it.
To complement the new wheel sizing, NOVITEC developed the sport spring set for the Revuelto, dropping the ride height by approximately 25 millimetres. The lower centre of gravity that results from this change further improves the handling dynamics, working with the aero kit rather than against it.
The NOVITEC Lamborghini Revuelto high-performance exhaust system gives the naturally aspirated 6.5-litre V-12 a more compelling voice and, when paired with special metal catalysts, adds 24.2 kW / 33 hp to the ICE output without any additional modifications to the engine. The three electric motors in the Revuelto’s hybrid drive remain untouched. Total system output climbs to 771 kW / 1,048 hp.
The NOVITEC Lamborghini Revuelto exhaust comes in two configurations. The exhaust system with flap regulation uses integrated butterfly valves to give the driver active control over the exhaust note, moving between restrained road manners and a full motor racing character on demand. For those who want the V-12 at full voice all the time, the race exhaust system without flap regulation delivers that commitment without compromise.
Both systems are sheathed in elaborate thermal insulation to manage engine bay temperatures. The INCONEL variant, the same alloy used in Formula 1 racing, offers meaningful weight savings over stainless steel and carries an option for 999 fine gold plating, which provides further heat dissipation and a finish that makes the engine bay its own statement.
Completing the exhaust package, the sport downpipes work with the special metal catalysts to unlock the power increase, while the race downpipes take that routing further for track-focused builds. The NOVITEC Lamborghini Revuelto tailpipes finish the rear presentation with four round outlets framed by a custom carbon surround between the taillights. The two centre pipes measure 110 millimetres in diameter, which is 10 millimetres larger than the two outer pipes.
