Nitron RacePro 3 Coilover Kit for 121 Lotus Europa S

The Nitron Europa S RacePro 3 kit is Nitron’s full-race damper package for the Lotus Europa S. It’s built for owners who have turned the Europa into a dedicated track or competition car and need more control than a single-adjuster coilover can give. Under the Europa’s grand-touring trim sits an Elise-derived aluminum tub, with a longer wheelbase that makes it stable at high speed but slower to rotate into tight corners. The Nitron Europa S RacePro 3 lets you tune around that. Rebound, low-speed compression and high-speed compression each have their own adjuster at all four corners. You can free up the car’s rotation at turn-in, firm up its platform for fast sweepers, and soften its response over curbs and bumps, and none of those changes affects the others. A 46mm piston gives each damper the oil volume to stay accurate under heavy loads. Hose-mounted reservoirs at the front and rear hold the extra oil and gas needed for consistent damping through a full race distance.

Specialized Bi-Axis Hose Fittings

Fitting reservoirs on a Europa S means routing four hoses through tight spaces. At the front they run near the wishbones and the radiator ducting, and at the rear they share room with the subframe and a hot, crowded engine bay. Nitron’s Bi-Axis hose fittings on the Nitron Europa S RacePro 3 rotate on two axes where the hose meets the damper. Each hose can leave the damper body pointing the right way for its route, without tight bends or contact with moving suspension parts. Moving the nitrogen charge and extra oil volume out into the remote reservoirs keeps oil temperature and pressure stable through a long stint. Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule.
