Which cars does the Power Package for B299 Ford Fiesta ST fit?

COBB confirms the Power Package for B299 Ford Fiesta ST models from 2014 through 2019, and only USDM cars appear on the confirmed application list. The Focus ST uses a different intake and motor mount, so COBB sells a separate Stage 1+ package for that car.

Is the package legal in California?

Yes. The package carries California Air Resources Board Executive Order D-660-183, so it is legal for sale and use on emissions controlled vehicles in all 50 states when installed according to the COBB application guide. Keep the EO paperwork in the car for smog checks.

What is inside the box?

You receive the Ford Focus ST / Fiesta ST Accessport V3, part AP3-FOR-001, the COBB 3 inch Intake System for the Fiesta ST, part 702115, together with its intake adapter, and the Fiesta ST Rear Motor Mount, part 892010. No intercooler or exhaust parts are part of this Stage 1+ package.

Why does the Fiesta mount use two different bushings?

COBB uses a larger 68A durometer bushing and a smaller 85A durometer bushing, each with molded voids. The softer, larger bushing absorbs vibration at idle and under throttle, while the firmer one limits engine movement, which reduces wheel hop and helps put power to the ground without a harsh cabin.

Can I upgrade to a custom tune later?

Yes. The Accessport V3 holds up to 100 maps and can load COBB Off-The-Shelf calibrations or a custom map written by a COBB tuner for your exact parts list. The Uninstall option also returns the ECU to its original factory state if you ever sell the car.

Description

COBB Tuning Stage 1+ Power Package for B299 Ford Fiesta ST

COBB Tuning’s Power Package for B299 Ford Fiesta ST bundles an Accessport V3, the COBB 3 in Intake System with its intake adapter, and the Fiesta ST Rear Motor Mount into one Stage 1+ order. CARB Executive Order D-660-183 covers it, so the car remains legal in all 50 states. For a light hatch that already loves to rev, this is the sensible first step: more power from the calibration, freer airflow and less of the engine rocking that turns launches into wheel hop. Bigger goals call for an intercooler and a matching map later.

Intake and Mount

COBB High Flow Filter media combines woven cotton and metal mesh on a precision molded rubber base, and the intake is designed around the COBB Off-The-Shelf maps. The Fiesta-specific Rear Motor Mount is machined from 6061 billet aluminum with zinc hardware and uses two bushings, a larger 68A durometer piece and a smaller 85A piece, each with molded voids. The Power Package for B299 Ford owners pairs that firmer engine location with tuning to keep more torque at the tires.

Features

Accessport V3 handheld ECU flasher with gauges, datalogging up to 10 hours and a full uninstall to stock
Adjustable traction control across slots 1-8 (feature must be enabled in the ECU calibration)
Launch control with 6 pre-configured RPM slots, adjustable on the fly
3 in intake with intake adapter and a woven cotton and metal mesh filter
Rear Motor Mount pairing a 68A durometer bushing with a smaller 85A bushing
Compatible with COBB Accessport Off-The-Shelf maps

About COBB Tuning

COBB Tuning was founded by Trey Cobb in 1999 in Rockwall, Texas, as a Subaru performance shop in the back of his father’s tire shop, and is now headquartered in Austin, Texas. In 2004 COBB introduced the Accessport, a handheld ECU tuning device that flashes COBB’s off-the-shelf maps or a custom tune and doubles as a real-time gauge and datalogger. The range has since grown from Subaru to Ford, Volkswagen, Audi, Porsche, Nissan, Honda, Mazda, Mitsubishi and Toyota platforms, with intakes, intercoolers, exhausts and flex fuel kits engineered alongside the tuning, and many COBB parts carry California Air Resources Board Executive Order numbers for use in all 50 states.

Additional Information

The Bulletproof Automotive website contains many thousands of products purchased in multiple different currencies. All of the prices are entered manually and accurately at the time of entry. Due to the consistently fluctuating international exchange rates, at times prices may not be able to be honored at their original intended rate. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, unfortunately our website is unable to compensate dynamically for what can at times be volatile changes in the cost of items due to currency values fluctuating, changes in prices from suppliers, changes in shipping and import duties, and other factors. Rest assured that any order you place on line will be at zero risk to you in this area. If in the event your order cannot be fulfilled at the original intended website price we will offer you a 100% refund, no questions asked. We will continue to do our best to maintain updated prices and we will always continue to offer our price match guarantees as well to ensure our prices are always the best for you. In short, prices may change without notice. It is always advised to give us a call prior to placing your order online to confirm availability and to confirm current pricing.

Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest. It is not Bulletproof’s policy to guarantee delivery time of any special order item, this is impossible for us to do. By ordering you acknowledge that there is no required delivery ETA and an order may not be canceled or altered due to manufacturing or shipping delays, all ETA’s are provided as a best guess only. BP Pricing Difference

We do pricing a little differently on our JDM brands and we believe in making things simple and clear. No hidden fees or surcharges. Every price you see includes the shipping cost to our office in Los Angeles, California and all the associated taxes/duties/fees for bringing the products into the US. The only shipping you ever pay is from our facility in the US to your location. Be wary of resellers that don’t include the cost of international shipping in their pricing on JDM parts. While we believe we’ll always have the lowest all-in price on JDM products, we offer a price match guarantee for all authentic parts purchased from authorized dealers as well. For many international customers, it’s much more affordable to ship from the USA than from Japan directly, as the air freight and ocean freight costs are typically much less. However, for customers looking to ship directly from Japan outside of North America, or domestically in Japan, we can provide pricing specifically for that scenario. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any pricing questions or concerns. Please email us at sales@bulletproofautomotive.com with any inquiries.
