The Nitron 993 NTR-R3 Coilover Kit is built for the 993 that gets driven hard enough for a combined compression and rebound adjuster to run out of range. Most of the cars in this group are a long way from stock. A GT2 or a Turbo making real power at the rear, or a Carrera that lives at track days, puts loads through the dampers that the factory units were never meant to handle, and a single-dial setup forces a compromise between how the car sits over bumps and how it controls body motion at speed. Nitron’s NTR-R3 splits that adjustment apart. Compression and rebound are set independently, with separate high and low speed circuits on each, so the slow movements of weight transfer and the sharp hits from curbs and rough surfaces can be tuned on their own terms. Remote hose reservoirs at the front and rear add oil capacity to hold damping consistent through long sessions, and the Nitron NTR-R3 uses dry-break fittings on the front hoses as standard, with the same dry-break fittings available as an upgrade for the rear. That means a front damper can be disconnected from its reservoir for service or installation without losing fluid, and the rears can be set up the same way if the car will see regular work. At the back, the 993’s multi-link rear axle with coil springs stays in place, and the Nitron NTR-R3 follows that OEM rear suspension rather than altering it, so the arms, mounting points, and alignment relationship are left as Porsche engineered them across the Carrera, Carrera 4, GT2, Turbo, and Turbo S.

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance.
