Will the Billet Fuel Rail Kit for LB724 fit an aftermarket manifold?

It fits the factory intake manifold and any aftermarket manifold designed to accept OE-fitment rails. Manifolds with their own rail setup, such as the DSX 20-port design, use their own rails, and T1 Race Development offers engine bay kits to suit each of them.

Do I need this with the T1 complete fuel system?

No. The T1 complete fuel system for the stock intake manifold already includes this rail kit and its crossover line. Buy the rail kit separately when building the system in stages, for example pairing the T1 engine bay fuel system with an existing in-tank pump.

What fittings do the rails use?

T1 Race Development describes the rails as billet aluminum with -08AN fittings, the same rails it supplies in its complete fuel system for the factory manifold. The crossover line between the two banks of the V10 is included in the kit.

What finish do the rails have?

They are finished in clear hard anodize, which leaves a gunmetal color on the billet aluminum. Hard anodize is a hard wearing surface treatment, which suits an engine bay where heat, fuel and handling during service all take a toll on softer coatings.

Are injectors included?

No. The T1 Billet Fuel Rail Kit for LB724 is supplied without injectors. T1 Race Development lists Injector Dynamics XDS injectors for the Huracán and second generation R8 separately, so plan the injectors alongside the rails and the rest of the fuel system.

Description

T1 Race Development Billet Fuel Rail Kit for LB724 Lamborghini Huracán and 4S Audi R8

T1 Race Development’s Billet Fuel Rail Kit for LB724 Lamborghini Huracán and 4S Audi R8 brings the rail set from T1’s complete fuel system for cars on the factory intake manifold, offered on its own. The billet aluminum -08AN rails are finished in clear hard anodize, which leaves a gunmetal color, and the kit includes the crossover line between banks.

Fitment and Use

T1 designs the rails for the factory intake manifold, and they also suit aftermarket manifolds built to accept OE-fitment rails. They pair with the Stock version of T1’s engine bay fuel system, and they already come in the box with T1’s complete fuel system for the stock manifold, so owners of that kit do not need a second set. Manifolds with their own rail arrangement, such as the DSX 20-port design, use their own rails.

About T1 Race Development

T1 Race Development was founded in Texas in 2005 by Tony Palo, whose 2000 Acura Integra GSR became the first eight-second front-wheel-drive street car before the shop turned its attention to the Nissan GT-R. T1 went on to become the first to exceed 230 mph in the half mile in a GT-R and the first to make 2,400 whp from the VR38DETT, and it now develops engines, drivetrain parts and complete builds for the R35 GT-R, Lamborghini Huracan and Audi R8.

Additional Information

The Bulletproof Automotive website contains many thousands of products purchased in multiple different currencies. All of the prices are entered manually and accurately at the time of entry. Due to the consistently fluctuating international exchange rates, at times prices may not be able to be honored at their original intended rate. Rest assured that any order you place on line will be at zero risk to you in this area. If in the event your order cannot be fulfilled at the original intended website price we will offer you a 100% refund, no questions asked. Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest. It is not Bulletproof’s policy to guarantee delivery time of any special order item, this is impossible for us to do. By ordering you acknowledge that there is no required delivery ETA and an order may not be canceled or altered due to manufacturing or shipping delays, all ETA’s are provided as a best guess only. BP Pricing Difference

We do pricing a little differently on our JDM brands and we believe in making things simple and clear. No hidden fees or surcharges. Every price you see includes the shipping cost to our office in Los Angeles, California and all the associated taxes/duties/fees for bringing the products into the US. The only shipping you ever pay is from our facility in the US to your location. Be wary of resellers that don’t include the cost of international shipping in their pricing on JDM parts. While we believe we’ll always have the lowest all-in price on JDM products, we offer a price match guarantee for all authentic parts purchased from authorized dealers as well. For many international customers, it’s much more affordable to ship from the USA than from Japan directly, as the air freight and ocean freight costs are typically much less. However, for customers looking to ship directly from Japan outside of North America, or domestically in Japan, we can provide pricing specifically for that scenario. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any pricing questions or concerns. Please email us at sales@bulletproofautomotive.com with any inquiries.
