The Valvetronic Designs Aventador SVJ exhaust is a T304 stainless valved system for the LP770-4 SVJ and LP780-4 Ultimae, built around equal-length downpipes and finished in anodized gold. Open the valves and the naturally aspirated 6.5L V12 climbs to its 8,700 RPM redline with a raw, F1-inspired wail. Close them and the car cruises quietly enough for a 6 a.m. departure. The whole Aventador SVJ exhaust bolts on with no cutting, comes in 27.1 lbs lighter than the factory system, and reverses completely.

Equal-Length Downpipes Shape the Aventador SVJ Exhaust Note

Equal-length downpipes are the reason this system sounds the way it does. Matching the runner lengths lines up the exhaust pulses leaving each bank, which cleans up the pitch instead of muddying it, and the V12 rewards that work at the top of the tach. Every tube in the Aventador SVJ exhaust is mandrel-bent to hold full diameter through the bends, and the joints are TIG welded for strength and longevity.

Vacuum Valves You Control, or No Valves at All

The standard configuration uses dual pneumatic vacuum-actuated valves with a controller included, so the Aventador SVJ exhaust opens and closes the way the factory system does, on demand rather than by engine load alone. Owners who track the car can order the race non-valved version instead, and either configuration can be paired with free-flow race front pipes in place of the sport catback alone.

Lighter, Reversible, and Still OEM+ From the Rear

The system reuses the factory exhaust outlets, so nothing about the rear of the car announces the change until the valves open. It comes in 27.1 lbs lighter than the factory exhaust, which is weight removed from behind the rear axle, and installation is 100 percent reversible. Nothing is cut, so the system can come off and the original exhaust can go back on.

Does this Aventador SVJ exhaust fit the Ultimae and other Aventador models? The Aventador SVJ exhaust fits the 2018-2023 LP770-4 SVJ and the 2021-2023 LP780-4 Ultimae. It does not fit the LP700-4, Aventador S, or SV, which use a different Valvetronic Designs system. Confirm your model year and trim with Bulletproof Automotive before ordering, since the SVJ and Ultimae share the fitment and earlier Aventadors do not.
How do the exhaust valves work, and can the car still be quiet? Yes. The system uses dual vacuum-actuated pneumatic valves with a controller included, so the Aventador SVJ exhaust runs quiet with the valves closed and opens on command. Valves closed is refined enough for neighborhood driving and cold starts. Valves open gives the raw, F1-inspired wail all the way to the 8,700 RPM redline of the 6.5L V12.
Is installation reversible, and does anything get cut? Yes, installation is 100 percent reversible and nothing is cut. The Aventador SVJ exhaust is a bolt-on system that reuses the factory exhaust outlets, so the rear of the car keeps its OEM appearance and the original exhaust can be reinstalled later. Installation should be handled by a shop experienced with Lamborghini service procedures.
What is the system made from, and how is it warrantied? The Aventador SVJ exhaust is built from T304 stainless steel with an anodized gold finish, fully mandrel-bent and TIG welded. Valvetronic Designs warranties the stainless tubes and welds for the lifetime of ownership, mufflers for three years, and electronic components and valve systems for one year. Coverage excludes heat discoloration and road salt damage.

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates.
