Moshammer Downforce RS Aero Kit was developed for the 991.1 Turbo and Turbo S owners who actually use the car’s reserves, the clubsport crowd who book track days and expect the aerodynamics to keep up. Its reference points are the GT-RS models, and the package is comprehensive: a front spoiler in your choice of Evo I or Evo II form, side skirts, a rear spoiler extension, a rear diffuser and a pair of ram air scoops feeding the intercooler inlets. Each element has a job, from minimising turbulence along the flanks to dissipating undercarriage heat and generating rear downforce for high speed control, and together they make the car calmer at the speeds where a 991.1 Turbo stops being theoretical. Behind them the skirts drop the visual centre of the car and the wing extension and diffuser give the rear the race inspired presence the GT-RS cars established.

Engineering and Documentation

Moshammer designs these components in Berlin and produces them in small batches, so nothing here is a shelf item stamped in volume. Every part attaches at OEM screwing points and is secured with a special glue where required, and the mounting material ships with the kit. The set carries a TUV parts certificate (§19.3), which is the difference between a modified Turbo and a properly documented one.

Evo I or Evo II front spoiler? Evo I is the more aggressive shape and gives the front end a bold, sporting look. Evo II adds side wings for a sharper and more modern appearance, and it is the choice most owners make when they want the nose to look wider rather than lower.
What do the ram air scoops actually do? They act as intercooler air inlets, improving intercooler efficiency so the engine holds consistent performance during hard use, and they also tidy airflow along the rear flanks. On a Turbo used at track days that cooling benefit is the practical reason to fit them.
Will it fit a car with the factory Sport Design Aerokit? No. Moshammer specifies this kit for 991.1 Turbo and Turbo S cars with the standard bumpers, not for cars already carrying the original Sport Design Aerokit.
Is the rear wing extension a full wing? It is an extension for the factory rear spoiler rather than a separate wing structure, which is why it adds rear downforce without changing how the original spoiler operates.
Does the kit come with fitting hardware and documentation? Yes. The mounting material is included, parts locate on OEM screwing points, and a TUV parts certificate (§19.3) is supplied with the set.

Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest.
