The JCR Inconel Race Exhaust Manifolds for the 991.2 and 992 Porsche 911 GT3, GT3 RS (with OPF), GT3 Touring, S/T, and Speedster are engineered for uncompromising performance using lightweight, heat-resistant Inconel 625. Featuring high-flow 200-cell HJS race silencers for silencing without sacrificing flow, these manifolds eliminate factory restrictions to deliver sharper throttle response, improved mid-range torque, and a more aggressive, race-inspired sound. Designed as a direct bolt-on upgrade, they offer significant weight savings over the OEM system, enhancing handling by reducing rear-axle mass. Fully compatible with the factory rear silencer and all JCR Race Exhaust Systems, this upgrade provides durability, performance, and refined acoustics for both road and track use.

Direct Replacement / Modular Fitment

• The JCR Inconel Race Exhaust Manifolds are a 100% direct replacement for the OEM manifolds and are fully compatible with the OEM rear silencer section as well as all JCR Race Exhaust products.

HJS 200-Cell Race Silencers

• For 992 GT3-based models, the JCR Inconel Race Exhaust Manifolds not only optimize primary runner lengths but also remove the factory OPF matrix and restrictive catalytic converters, replacing them with high-flow HJS 200-cell race silencers. This greatly improves exhaust flow and results in increased performance. On vehicles without OPF monitoring, these race silencers typically do not trigger a check engine light and do not require tuning, although under certain conditions — such as poor fuel quality or applying excessive load before the engine and exhaust system are at full operating temperature — a CEL may still occur. For this reason, JCR does not guarantee CEL-free operation in all circumstances.

Light Weight

• With a 100% Inconel construction, the JCR Inconel Race Exhaust Manifolds reduce exhaust system weight by 3.86kg. Weight reduction is always beneficial, but removing weight from behind the 911’s rear axle can deliver significant improvements to handling balance, making this a true win-win upgrade.

Testing Procedure

• As with all JCR products, the Inconel Race Exhaust Manifolds undergo extensive testing prior to release. Development for this product began in 2021, and JCR has shared detailed insight into the testing program in a dedicated blog post.
