The JCR Titanium Valved Race Exhaust System for the 991.2 Porsche 911 GT3 RS (with OPF) and Speedster delivers a lightweight, high-performance solution designed to enhance sound, reduce weight, and optimize flow. Constructed from premium titanium, this system features a valved design that allows drivers to switch between an aggressive race tone and a more refined exhaust note. Tip options include Titanium Megaphone, Titanium Straight, Titanium Superlight Megaphone, Inconel Rolled, and Titanium Silenced configurations, each available in Raw or Polished finishes, with Black Coating offered on select versions; OEM tips can also be used. All tips (excluding Titanium Silenced) are offered in multiple finishes, and the system requires tips with a 3-bolt flange for proper installation, ensuring a fully tailored and precise fit.

Light Weight

• Due to its 100% titanium construction, the JCR Titanium Race Exhaust System delivers the most significant weight reduction in the entire JCR range. While any weight savings are beneficial, reducing mass behind the 911’s rear axle offers substantial gains in handling balance. This modification removes nearly 10kg from the rear, providing a true win-win in both performance and weight reduction.

The Design

• Through extensive testing and development, JCR has refined key elements in the exhaust system’s design to precisely tune and enhance the tone, pitch, and performance of the Titanium Race Exhaust System. The system incorporates fabricated bends that transition from the large internal diameter directly off the OPF down to 70mm pipework, achieving optimal back pressure to maintain low-end torque while enabling free breathing up to the 9000rpm redline. The design then merges into a critical section that collects gases to create a scavenging effect while targeting unwanted drone frequencies, before flowing into twin 70mm pipes that connect to the factory 991 GT-style 3-bolt flange. This allows customers to choose any compatible tip using the OEM-style 3-bolt fitment. The valved system accommodates OEM valve motors and retains all factory valve functions through the cabin-mounted exhaust control button.
