3D Scanning

• Upon completing the model and concept, ZACOE Performance obtains an OEM car and performs 3D scanning to produce a highly accurate digital model. Using specialized scanners, the exact dimensions and shape of the car’s exterior are captured, creating the foundation for the design process. ZACOE Performance’s emphasis on sophisticated inner mechanisms and bolt-on fitment requires precision at this critical stage, with each car typically requiring over 40 hours of scanning.

Digital Design & Testing

• With the digitally scanned model in hand, ZACOE Performance’s design team gathers for brainstorming sessions and begins developing initial concepts through hand-drawn sketches. These sketches are then refined in computer-aided design (CAD) software, where the team brings their boldest ideas to life digitally. Once the draft design is completed, basic aerodynamic testing is conducted using advanced software tools, ensuring ZACOE Performance maintains its reputation for innovation, quality, and unexpected design elements.

Prototyping

• After finalizing the digital model and completing testing, ZACOE Performance produces a physical prototype of the kit using ABS materials. Mold-making
