• First it must be cut according to design blueprints using a jig made specifically for that model, then welded while keeping watchfulness over every detail
• After these steps are taken, R1TITAN’s flanges and seams become incredibly durable thanks to their optimal connection surface treatment which gives an extra boost of power along with improved welding visuals
• The titanium material is buffed to a shining finish before being coated with a baked coloring
• Upon examination as a part of the team, welding was used to complete assembly for all titanium pieces including a polished primary pipe, thick titanium flange, core muffler, tailpipe tip and stay
