The Endless Super Micro6 Front Performance Brake System is a comprehensive, comprehensive brake upgrade system for both track and street applications. The kit includes six–piston calipers and two–piece rotors which greatly increase braking power and modulation. As with all other Endless products, these components have been rigorously tested in a variety of conditions and are designed to perform flawlessly in any situation. On track applications the system can bring lap times to the next level, while on the street it will bring the car to a stop with confidence and surety. Special features such as the asymmetrical fin design of the calipers, stainless steel wear plates and anti–rattle clips allow for worry–free operation and smooth stops. The ultra–compact, “Micro6“ 6–pot caliper has been further redesigned and is now called “Super Micro6“, boasting a two–piece rotor for improved braking performance. This model has a high–rigidity forged aluminum body and the pistons range from a diameter size of 27mm – 32mm from the rotor side. This caliper is the ideal choice if you are looking for a multi–piston caliper that will work with small wheels. Special Heat Treatment Process

• Prolonged and intense operation of the rotor can induce surface heating and a contraction, resulting in small fractures known as heat cracks. To counter this, the parts in the rotor undergo special heat treatment in order to normalize them and reduce the amount of heat cracks during strenuous operation. This method has yielded an extended lifespan of the rotor, making it usable for an extensive period of time without any worries.

About Bedding

• How to Bed:
  • When you are driving a car that has been fitted with a new product, make sure you set the rotor temperature between 400 and 500°C, taking caution not to brake suddenly, let the temperature drop to 100°C or below once the process is complete.
