The Endless Racing MONO6 Front Performance Brake System provides a top–tier level braking performance, improving the overall stopping power of your vehicle. This direct replacement caliper and rotor system is made with monoblock construction, using rigid brake discs to ensure consistent performance and decrease fatigue. Additionally, Endless Racing‘s One–Piece Steel Core Rotors are designed with an integrated dust shield and feature an Anti–Warp, Asymmetric Vane Design that optimizes cooling, increasing rotor life and reduced pad wear. Lastly, Endless Racing uses the highest level of heat–resistant materials in the MONO6 Front Performance Brake System making them perfect for racing applications. Forged and molded with incredible pressure of tens of thousands of tons, the Monobloc Calipers had its conception four years prior to the completion of the prototype. Upon completion of the prototype, it was tested in racing events and its specifications were continually updated for performance and a body that held qualities of being lightweight and durable enough to race. Special advanced technology was used to facilitate the challenging manufacturing of the piston cylinder. Forged Monobloc Caliper Body

• The final results of Endless‘s “never–ending challenge“ are the Monobloc Calipers created with a combination of forging and molding, which were then subjected to extreme pressure of several thousand tons. After 4 years of development and 1 year of trials, the prototype was modified according to the demands of intense races, while maintaining an optimal balance between weight and strength. By employing innovative techniques, Endless was able to craft the intricate piston–cylinder assembly with precision. The sturdy frame was then sealed with an ultra–hard anodized aluminum for the ultimate level of protection.

“E-Slit” Double Shaving Effect

• The impressive features of the E–Slit Rotor are the long slit that creates delicate curves and the E slit that is above it. The double shading of the long slit, which gracefully molds the pad, and the E Slit, which delivers a powerful braking force, keep the pad in ideal condition. When the long slit on the rotor side dissipates and the letter E appears, it‘s an indication to replace the rotor. It is strongly suggested that the brake rotor be changed at least every two years, even during use, as aging such as rust and corrosion could cause damage to it.

Ultra-Hard Alumite Caliper Body

• Our monoblock series caliper body is made from a very tough alumite material, and the rotor bell housing is coated in a substantial ram coat. This combination is capable of preventing discoloration of the alumite in even the hottest of temperatures when driving on a circuit.

Hard Anodized Finish

• Under the conditions of a racetrack, hard anodizing is the preferred choice. The reaction of aluminum and oxygen from the atmosphere forms an outer layer that blocks further deterioration. This chemical reaction is comparable to rust. The anodizing process goes beyond this, making a strong shield of aluminum oxide on the surface which is better able to resist wear than paint or powder coat. Overall, the result is a uniform and stronger finish that is fit for the track.

E-Slit

• The E–Slit rotor is designed with a lengthy and curved slit accompanied by four additional and smaller E–Slits. This enables improved friction, ensuring the brake pad remains in optimal condition throughout. The rotor material is crafted from a unique and proprietary carbon blend, allowing for consistent levels of friction and an environment where the brake pads can throttle at full efficiency. Furthermore, the E–Slits shave as per design for superior output.

Special Heat Treatment Process

• Extended and forceful use of the rotor may lead to warming of the surface and a tightening effect that results in miniscule fractures called heat cracks. Using a special heat treatment on sections within the rotor to normalize them helps to reduce the number of heat cracks during strong use. This technique has had the result of being able to extend the life span of the rotor, permitting the use of it for an extended duration with no apprehension.

• The bell cap has been painted blue in order to both protect it from corrosion and to provide a decorative touch.

About Bedding

• To acquire the best possible results from a pad built to withstand high temperatures, a procedure known as “bedding“ must be implemented. Before use, the pads must go through a preheating phase to ensure they reach their optimum performance level.
• Competitors in high–profile motor racing events like SUPER GT, WRC and several Euro tournaments must have the best–quality sleepwear to keep up with the top–tier competition.
• Prior to implementing semi–metallic brake pads, it is crucial to properly break them in to ensure maximum temperature efficiency and to potentially prolong the life of the pads and rotors.
• How to Bed:
  • When utilizing a vehicle equipped with a new product, raise the rotor temperature to a range between 400–500°C while being cautious not to forcefully brake. When the temperature hits this range, add in atari and when it reduces to 100°C or lower, the process has ended.

Notes

• The optimal performance of the brake pads cannot be achieved if they are bedded in rainy conditions. Therefore it is recommended that the bedding process should be done while it’s dry so that the desired results can be achieved.
• The type of wheels that can be used together will differ based on the manufacturer and measurements of the wheel
