What does the ZACOE Revuelto Widebody Kit actually add over the aero kit alone?

This widebody kit carries every component from ZACOE's Revuelto aero kit (hood, front lip, side skirts, roof scoop, dual-element wing) and adds widened front and rear fenders, giving the car a continuous wide-body silhouette instead of the soft kit's factory-width stance.

How many pieces come in this kit?

The kit ships as 32 carbon fiber pieces, covering the front and rear fender sets, door blades, side skirts, air intakes, rear spoiler, and rear wing assembly.

Will installing this widebody kit mean cutting into the Revuelto's factory fenders?

No. The front fenders are engineered as full replacement panels rather than cut-and-bond flares, so the installation is reversible back to factory configuration.

Do I need different wheels and tires for this widebody kit?

The widened fenders are built to accommodate a wider performance wheel and tire setup, but exact fitment depends on offset and width, contact us directly before ordering if you're unsure about your setup.

Description

ZACOE Performance Carbon Widebody Kit for LB744 Lamborghini Revuelto

The Revuelto is Lamborghini’s first V12 hybrid, the car that took over from the Aventador, and this ZACOE Revuelto Widebody Kit is the answer for owners who already run the brand’s Revuelto aero kit and want the full-width version of that same design language. Instead of a separate widebody program bolted onto the aero parts as an afterthought, ZACOE built this kit as the natural extension of it, widening the car’s front and rear fenders while carrying every aero kit component (hood, front lip, side skirts, roof scoop, and dual-element rear wing) into one 32-piece carbon fiber build. Every panel comes off high-resolution 3D scans and CNC-prototyped fitment work, which matters more on a hybrid platform this new since factory tolerances and running changes are still settling in.

A Wing Pulled From the SC63

The rear treatment is where this kit reads differently from a typical widebody job. Rather than stacking a wing on top of stock fenders, ZACOE designed the rear wing to flow directly out of the widened bodywork, so the fenders and wing read as one continuous shape instead of two parts fighting each other visually. The lower spoiler element still replaces the factory piece to keep the Revuelto’s adaptive aero function intact, while the upper wing takes its cues from Lamborghini’s own SC63 prototype racer, a shape built for stability at speed rather than just visual weight.

Sound Engineered as Carefully as the Panels

ZACOE partnered with Fi Exhaust on this build’s exhaust tips, which is not something carried over from the standard aero kit. The polygonal tips are 3D metal printed rather than cast, and they’re paired with Fi’s own acoustic tuning to shift the Revuelto’s exhaust note higher and sharper without needing a full exhaust swap. It’s a detail that speaks to how ZACOE approached this kit as a complete package rather than just wider fenders with the old parts reused.

Rest assured that any order you place on line will be at zero risk to you in this area. Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest. It is not Bulletproof’s policy to guarantee delivery time of any special order item, this is impossible for us to do. By ordering you acknowledge that there is no required delivery ETA and an order may not be canceled or altered due to manufacturing or shipping delays, all ETA’s are provided as a best guess only. BP Pricing Difference

We do pricing a little differently on our JDM brands and we believe in making things simple and clear. No hidden fees or surcharges. Every price you see includes the shipping cost to our office in Los Angeles, California and all the associated taxes/duties/fees for bringing the products into the US. The only shipping you ever pay is from our facility in the US to your location. Be wary of resellers that don’t include the cost of international shipping in their pricing on JDM parts. While we believe we’ll always have the lowest all-in price on JDM products, we offer a price match guarantee for all authentic parts purchased from authorized dealers as well. For many international customers, it’s much more affordable to ship from the USA than from Japan directly, as the air freight and ocean freight costs are typically much less. However, for customers looking to ship directly from Japan outside of North America, or domestically in Japan, we can provide pricing specifically for that scenario. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any pricing questions or concerns. Please email us at sales@bulletproofautomotive.com with any inquiries.
