The scanning process typically takes over 40 hours for each vehicle.

Digital Design & Testing

• Once the digital model is ready, ZACOE Performance designers gather for brainstorming sessions, sketching initial concepts by hand. These ideas are then transferred into computer-aided design (CAD) software, where the boldest concepts take shape in the digital realm. Prototyping

• With the digital design finalized and tested, ZACOE Performance moves to the next phase: creating a physical prototype using ABS. Mold-making
