ZACOE Carbon Fiber Body Kit for 9J1 Porsche Taycan

ZACOE Performance reimagines the all-electric Porsche Taycan with a sportier, more aggressive look through their exclusive carbon fiber package. The transformation begins with a redesigned front fascia, featuring a new front lip that directs airflow to reduce resistance and large openings that add a motorsport-inspired aesthetic. Side skirts visually lower the car, while outward-extending fins emphasize a wide, athletic stance. At the rear, a striking wing offers powerful downforce without compromising the stock spoiler’s functionality, blending a modern twist on the iconic Porsche ducktail design with the Taycan’s sleek fly-line profile. ZACOE’s signature diffuser, complete with bold shark fins and handcrafted side blades, enhances aerodynamics and grip while widening the rear for a bold, performance-driven finish.

3D Scanning

Once the model and concept are finalized, ZACOE Performance sources an OEM car and conducts 3D scanning to produce an exceptionally accurate digital model. This process uses a specialized scanner to capture the precise shape and dimensions of the car’s exterior. The resulting digital model becomes the foundation for the design process, enabling the incorporation of sophisticated inner mechanisms and bolt-on fitment. On average, the scanning process requires over 40 hours per car.

Digital Design & Testing

With the digitally scanned model complete, ZACOE Performance designers gather for brainstorming sessions and begin sketching initial concepts by hand. These sketches are then brought to life using computer-aided design (CAD) software, where the boldest ideas are refined into digital models. After completing the draft designs, ZACOE Performance performs basic aerodynamic testing using advanced software tools. Cutting-edge technology ensures the team achieves unmatched sophistication, exceptional quality, and innovative results.

Prototyping

Following the design and testing phase, ZACOE Performance creates a physical prototype of the kit using ABS. Specialized equipment, such as 3D printers or CNC machines, is employed to fabricate each component. The prototype is then assembled and tested on the vehicle to verify fitment and performance expectations.

Mold-making

After successful testing and any required adjustments, ZACOE Performance moves to the final stage of creating molds for the carbon fiber kit. The prototype serves as the basis for molds used to produce each component of the final product. This process, which combines skilled craftsmanship with specialized machinery, demands exceptional precision. The end result is a sleek, lightweight carbon fiber kit that enhances both the vehicle’s aesthetics and performance.

Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest. It is not Bulletproof’s policy to guarantee delivery time of any special order item, this is impossible for us to do. We do pricing a little differently on our JDM brands and we believe in making things simple and clear. No hidden fees or surcharges. Every price you see includes the shipping cost to our office in Los Angeles, California and all the associated taxes/duties/fees for bringing the products into the US. The only shipping you ever pay is from our facility in the US to your location. Be wary of resellers that don’t include the cost of international shipping in their pricing on JDM parts. While we believe we’ll always have the lowest all-in price on JDM products, we offer a price match guarantee for all authentic parts purchased from authorized dealers as well. For many international customers, it’s much more affordable to ship from the USA than from Japan directly, as the air freight and ocean freight costs are typically much less. However, for customers looking to ship directly from Japan outside of North America, or domestically in Japan, we can provide pricing specifically for that scenario.
