Does the Ventus 1 Aero Package for 992 include a front splitter?

No. The Ventus 1 Aero Package for 992 contains the carbon radiator duct gurneys, the dual element dive planes and the increased angle of attack mounts for the factory wing. Verus Engineering puts its front splitter and UCW rear wing in the larger Ventus 2 package.

Will Ventus 1 change how my GT3 looks?

Yes, but only slightly. Verus Engineering designed the package to keep a fairly stock appearance. The dive planes and radiator gurneys are 2x2 twill pre-preg carbon in a high-gloss clear that sit close to the bodywork, and the machined wing mounts follow Porsche design language while carrying the original carbon wing.

Why does a front aero kit need new rear wing mounts?

Adding front downforce alone shifts the aero balance forward, which can leave a car nervous at the rear in fast corners. Verus Engineering balances the dive planes and radiator gurneys in Ventus 1 with mounts that raise the angle of attack of the factory wing, so rear downforce rises in step.

Is the Ventus 1 package cheaper than the three parts bought separately?

Yes. At current Verus Engineering pricing, the package costs less than the radiator duct gurneys, the dual element dive planes and the increased angle of attack kit bought one at a time, and it arrives as a matched set. Each part is also sold on its own for owners building up in stages.

How hard is Ventus 1 to install?

Verus Engineering designed every part as a non-invasive fit. The dive planes and radiator gurneys attach with 3M double-sided tape, and the machined aluminum mounts bolt onto the factory carbon wing just as the Porsche mounts do, keeping the factory adjustment. Verus publishes an install video for each component.

Description

Verus Engineering Ventus 1 Aero Package for 992 Porsche 911 GT3

Verus Engineering’s Ventus 1 Aero Package for 992 Porsche 911 GT3 is the entry point to the Verus aero range for the car, combining three parts that add front and rear downforce in proportion while the GT3 keeps a near-stock look. Dual element dive planes and carbon radiator gurneys work on the nose, and machined mounts tilt the factory wing to a steeper angle of attack to match them at the rear. It suits the 992 owner who wants a measured gain on track days without committing to a splitter and a new wing; drivers after a bigger step should look at Ventus 2.

How the Parts Work Together

The dive planes make downforce on their own surfaces and help pull air out of the front fenders. The gurneys at the factory radiator outlets add a little front load and raise airflow through the cooling system, and the 6061-T6 aluminum wing mounts keep the car neutral. Verus developed all three from in-house scan data and CFD.

Features

Safe aero balance by design, with front and rear gains matched
Better lift to drag ratio with a low drag penalty
Improved radiator cooling from the outlet gurneys
Carbon parts in 2×2 twill pre-preg, autoclave cured, in automotive high-gloss clear

What’s Included

Carbon Radiator Duct Gurney (L/R)
Dual Element Dive Plane Kit, four elements
Increased AOA wing mounts (L/R)
3M VHB tape

Applications

Porsche 911 GT3: 992 | 2022-present

Notes

The Ventus 1 Aero Package for 992 keeps the factory wing and front bumper; it includes no front splitter or replacement wing

Additional Information

The Bulletproof Automotive website contains many thousands of products purchased in multiple different currencies. All of the prices are entered manually and accurately at the time of entry. Due to the consistently fluctuating international exchange rates, at times prices may not be able to be honored at their original intended rate. Rest assured that any order you place on line will be at zero risk to you in this area. If in the event your order cannot be fulfilled at the original intended website price we will offer you a 100% refund, no questions asked. We will continue to do our best to maintain updated prices and we will always continue to offer our price match guarantees as well to ensure our prices are always the best for you. Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest. It is not Bulletproof’s policy to guarantee delivery time of any special order item, this is impossible for us to do. By ordering you acknowledge that there is no required delivery ETA and an order may not be canceled or altered due to manufacturing or shipping delays, all ETA’s are provided as a best guess only. BP Pricing Difference

We do pricing a little differently on our JDM brands and we believe in making things simple and clear. No hidden fees or surcharges. Every price you see includes the shipping cost to our office in Los Angeles, California and all the associated taxes/duties/fees for bringing the products into the US. The only shipping you ever pay is from our facility in the US to your location. Be wary of resellers that don’t include the cost of international shipping in their pricing on JDM parts. While we believe we’ll always have the lowest all-in price on JDM products, we offer a price match guarantee for all authentic parts purchased from authorized dealers as well. For many international customers, it’s much more affordable to ship from the USA than from Japan directly, as the air freight and ocean freight costs are typically much less. However, for customers looking to ship directly from Japan outside of North America, or domestically in Japan, we can provide pricing specifically for that scenario. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any pricing questions or concerns. Please email us at sales@bulletproofautomotive.com with any inquiries.
