TEIN Racing Springs 18K 150mm 58mm ID (Pair)

TEIN’s Racing Springs 18K 150mm complete the front end of TEIN’s Super Racing setup for the 2000-2009 Honda S2000, covering both the AP1 and AP2 cars. They share their 18.0 kgf/mm rate and 58 mm ID with the rear springs but run 25 mm longer, which gives this pair the greater stroke of the two at 61 mm. Track-day S2000 owners on that kit need them; a stock-sprung roadster does not.

Inside the Racing Coil

TEIN builds its racing springs with less coil material than its Standard line, which frees up stroke and cuts weight. The rate is linear, so the front of the roadster sees the same spring force per millimeter from the start of compression to the limit. Flat ends suit coilover seats, and TEIN advises these springs for competition and motorsport use.

About TEIN

TEIN was founded in Yokohama, Japan, in 1985 by former rally mechanic Hakaru Ichino, joined soon after by driver Yoshio Fujimoto. The team reached the World Rally Championship in 1989, and in 1995 Fujimoto won the Safari Rally in a Toyota Celica GT-FOUR, the first Japanese driver to do so. Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule.
