Do the V4 Fuel Rails for R35 include injectors?

No. The T1 V4 Fuel Rails for R35 are sold as a rail set with the front crossover line, and fuel injectors are purchased separately. T1 Race Development offers Injector Dynamics injector sets for the R35, and the injector size should be chosen with the tuner to suit the power target and the fuel the car will run.

Should I choose -6AN or -8AN fittings?

Match the fittings to the feed and return lines on the car. Larger -8AN plumbing is common on high-flow systems with brushless or multiple pumps, while many street fuel systems use -6AN. If the car already has an aftermarket fuel system, confirm the line size before ordering, since the rails ship configured for one size.

How much power can the GT1R V4 rails support?

T1 Race Development rates the V4 rails for more than 2,500 horsepower, and they are the rails used in every GT1R Complete Fuel Solution. In most builds the injectors, pumps and lines reach their limits long before a 16 mm bore rail does, so the rails rarely need replacing as power grows.

Is the crossover line included with the GT1R V4 rails?

Yes. Every set of GT1R V4 rails includes the front crossover line that connects the two banks, in the fitting size chosen at ordering. That leaves the feed and return lines, the pressure regulator and the injectors as the remaining parts of the fuel system to plan around the rails.

Are the V4 rails a good base for a future fuel system upgrade?

Yes. Because T1 Race Development builds its complete fuel systems around the same V4 rails, a car can start with the rails and add pumps, filtration and flex fuel hardware later without replacing them. The 2,500 horsepower rating leaves room for nearly any VR38DETT build a street or drag car will see.

Description

T1 Race Development GT1R V4 Fuel Rails for R35 Nissan GT-R

T1 Race Development’s GT1R V4 Fuel Rails for R35 Nissan GT-R are the latest revision of the rails T1 builds into every GT1R Complete Fuel Solution, refined through the systems it supplies for big-power GT-Rs. Each rail has a 16 mm bore, a large reservoir of fuel sitting at the injectors, which helps hold pressure evenly along the bank when every injector is wide open. T1 rates them for builds beyond 2,500 horsepower, which makes them rails bought once and kept through every stage the car will reach.

Design and Performance

Every set ships with the front crossover line that joins the two banks, and the inlet and outlet fittings are chosen at ordering in -6AN or -8AN to match the feed and return lines on the car. Because the same rails anchor T1’s complete systems, they sit comfortably alongside its pumps, filters and flex fuel hardware, and they leave the injector choice open to suit the power target.

About T1 Race Development

T1 Race Development was founded in Texas in 2005 by Tony Palo, whose 2000 Acura Integra GSR became the first eight-second front-wheel-drive street car before the shop turned its attention to the Nissan GT-R. T1 went on to become the first to exceed 230 mph in the half mile in a GT-R and the first to make 2,400 whp from the VR38DETT, and it now develops engines, drivetrain parts and complete builds for the R35 GT-R, Lamborghini Huracan and Audi R8.

Additional Information

The Bulletproof Automotive website contains many thousands of products purchased in multiple different currencies. All of the prices are entered manually and accurately at the time of entry. Rest assured that any order you place on line will be at zero risk to you in this area. If in the event your order cannot be fulfilled at the original intended website price we will offer you a 100% refund, no questions asked. Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest. It is not Bulletproof’s policy to guarantee delivery time of any special order item, this is impossible for us to do. By ordering you acknowledge that there is no required delivery ETA and an order may not be canceled or altered due to manufacturing or shipping delays, all ETA’s are provided as a best guess only. BP Pricing Difference

We do pricing a little differently on our JDM brands and we believe in making things simple and clear. No hidden fees or surcharges. Every price you see includes the shipping cost to our office in Los Angeles, California and all the associated taxes/duties/fees for bringing the products into the US. The only shipping you ever pay is from our facility in the US to your location. Be wary of resellers that don’t include the cost of international shipping in their pricing on JDM parts. While we believe we’ll always have the lowest all-in price on JDM products, we offer a price match guarantee for all authentic parts purchased from authorized dealers as well. For many international customers, it’s much more affordable to ship from the USA than from Japan directly, as the air freight and ocean freight costs are typically much less. However, for customers looking to ship directly from Japan outside of North America, or domestically in Japan, we can provide pricing specifically for that scenario. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any pricing questions or concerns. Please email us at sales@bulletproofautomotive.com with any inquiries.
