Supersprint’s 310S Stainless Exhaust Manifolds for G90 / G99 BMW M5 are a right and left pair for the S68 V8, made in AISI 310S steel and built to bolt to the factory turbochargers. AISI 310S is the high-temperature stainless Supersprint reserves for the hottest part of a system, and on the S68 that is the manifold, where the turbos sit inside the vee. This is the most expensive part in the Supersprint M5 range. It is aimed at the owner building the complete Supersprint system from the cylinder head back; an owner after sound alone gets far more from the rear sections for the money.

Supersprint has built exhaust systems in Mantova, Italy since 1955, designing and manufacturing in house rather than assembling bought-in parts. Piping is AISI 304 stainless at a nominal 1.5mm wall, mandrel bent and TIG or MIG welded to CNC machined stainless flanges 7mm to 12mm thick; AISI 310S and Inconel come out where thermal load is highest, and catalyst hardware comes from HJS. Every application is developed against a baseline measured on the AWD MAHA dynamometer in Mantova, which is why the catalogue is model specific rather than universal.

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer.
