These are two separate parts for two different chassis generations. The FLCA F8X fits the 2014-2021 F80 M3, F82/F83 M4, and F87 M2 only. The SPL FLCA G8X is a separately engineered arm for the current G80/G82/G83 M3/M4 (2021+), which uses a different front subframe and knuckle geometry. The two arms are not interchangeable. The G8X version also includes a ride height sensor bracket, which the F8X version does not require due to the different chassis architecture.

The geometry the car was aligned to holds its position under load, and the handling response at the limit becomes consistent and predictable in a way rubber-bushed arms cannot deliver. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer.
