This ensures optimal exhaust flow and exceptional strength. The welding process involves back purged TIG welding with ARCAL Prime argon gas, guaranteeing proper weld penetration and long-lasting durability, particularly crucial for demanding track use. To ensure perfect fitment, the headers and system are fabricated using thick gauge aluminum fixtures, which not only act as efficient heat sinks during welding but also prevent warping of both the products and the fixtures themselves. When the valves are open, the exhaust is able to freely flow through 3″ piping and an x-pipe, merging the exhaust flow to create a higher pitched and smooth sound with optimal flow characteristics.
