Which Huracán models does the SOUL Titanium Valved Exhaust System fit?

It fits the EVO-generation Huracán range on the 5.2-liter V10: the EVO and EVO RWD, the STO, the Sterrato, and the Tecnica, from 2019 on. It is built for these EVO-generation cars and is not a fit for the earlier LP610 or LP580 Huracán or the Performante, so confirm your model before ordering.

Is it really titanium, and how much weight does it save?

Yes. SOUL builds the system in titanium, with mandrel-bent .039-inch titanium tubing, and it weighs 15.25 pounds against the factory rear's 44.65, a saving of 29.4 pounds. The weight comes off the rear, where it most helps handling and braking.

How does it change the sound?

With the valves closed the Huracán stays composed and street-friendly, the titanium resonators holding the note in check. Open the valves and the 5.2-liter V10 takes on a raw, straight-pipe roar that builds to the top of the range. It is a true two-character system.

Does it affect the catalytic converters or particulate filter?

No. This is a rear exhaust section, so the catalytic converters upstream stay in place. On vehicles sold outside North America, SOUL asks that you confirm your OEM particulate filter assembly before ordering, since fitment can differ on OPF-equipped vehicles.

Does the titanium change color?

Yes. Titanium develops a blue and violet heat patina as it is used, and on the SOUL Titanium Valved Exhaust System it shows through the rear bumper, part of the appeal of a titanium system. The color deepens with heat cycles and is normal, not a defect.

Is professional installation recommended?

Yes. The system bolts on in place of the factory rear section, but a qualified technician ensures correct alignment, a proper seal, and correct valve operation, which protects both the exhaust and the vehicle.

Description

Soul Performance Titanium Valved Exhaust System for LP610-2 / LP640-X Lamborghini Huracan Evo & STO

SOUL Performance Products’ Titanium Valved Exhaust System for the Lamborghini Huracan EVO / STO replaces the bulky factory rear section with a featherweight titanium setup that finally lets the 5.2L V10 sound as serious as the car looks. Large-diameter 3″ titanium piping and integrated race resonators deliver an intoxicating straight-pipe roar with the valves open, while still offering a noticeably calmer, more refined cabin character on demand with the valves closed, ideal for early-morning starts or long highway stints. Shedding roughly 29.4lb compared to the OEM exhaust (15.25lb vs 44.65lb) helps sharpen the EVO’s responses in braking, turn-in, and acceleration, and over time the raw titanium naturally heat-cycles into deep blue and purple hues that become a visual highlight through the rear bumper. Built entirely in-house at SOUL’s Willow Grove, PA facility from mandrel-bent.039″ wall titanium with CNC-machined flanges, high-quality valves, and laser-cut brackets, each system is back-purged TIG welded, fixture-tested for precise, direct bolt-on fitment on all 2019+ Huracan EVO models, and foam packed for safe delivery. Backed by SOUL Performance Products’ renowned Lifetime Warranty for both street and track use, this titanium valved system is a definitive exhaust upgrade for Huracan EVO owners seeking dramatic weight savings, motorsport-grade sound, and craftsmanship worthy of a modern Lamborghini.

Development

How can one improve on the factory Performante exhaust? The answer lies in the use of titanium. SOUL Performance Products has developed a design that reduces the vehicle’s weight by over 29 lbs, thereby enhancing the already remarkable handling, braking, and acceleration of Lamborghini’s finest. With the inclusion of titanium resonators, a quieter driving experience is possible when the valves are closed. However, when the valves are open, one can indulge in the captivating sound of an intoxicating straight pipe V10 roar. Over time, the titanium material undergoes a transformation, turning into stunning shades of blue and purple as a result of the heat, creating a visually appealing treat visible through the rear bumper. Experience the blend of performance and aesthetics with this titanium exhaust upgrade, allowing the Performante to unleash its true potential.

Construction

Every system is meticulously crafted using precision mandrel-bent.039″ wall titanium tubing, ensuring optimal strength and durability. The CNC machined flanges, high-quality valves, and laser-cut brackets further contribute to the exceptional build quality of each component. To guarantee superior weld integrity and maximum strength, all welds undergo a back purging process for full penetration. With these meticulous manufacturing techniques, the resulting exhaust system exemplifies excellence in both performance and reliability.

Bolt On & Go

Every exhaust system is meticulously handcrafted and undergoes rigorous testing in a specialized fixture to guarantee impeccable fitment. Skilled fabricators at SOUL take great care in assembling each exhaust, ensuring precision and attention to detail. Once the assembly process is complete, the exhaust system is carefully foam packed, providing optimal protection during shipping to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. The combination of meticulous craftsmanship and careful packaging ensures that every customer receives a high-quality product that meets the highest standards of performance and durability.

Additional Information

The Bulletproof Automotive website contains many thousands of products purchased in multiple different currencies. All of the prices are entered manually and accurately at the time of entry. Due to the consistently fluctuating international exchange rates, at times prices may not be able to be honored at their original intended rate. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, unfortunately our website is unable to compensate dynamically for what can at times be volatile changes in the cost of items due to currency values fluctuating, changes in prices from suppliers, changes in shipping and import duties, and other factors. Rest assured that any order you place on line will be at zero risk to you in this area. If in the event your order cannot be fulfilled at the original intended website price we will offer you a 100% refund, no questions asked. We will continue to do our best to maintain updated prices and we will always continue to offer our price match guarantees as well to ensure our prices are always the best for you. In short, prices may change without notice. It is always advised to give us a call prior to placing your order online to confirm availability and to confirm current pricing.

Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest. It is not Bulletproof’s policy to guarantee delivery time of any special order item, this is impossible for us to do. By ordering you acknowledge that there is no required delivery ETA and an order may not be canceled or altered due to manufacturing or shipping delays, all ETA’s are provided as a best guess only. Please review the full Terms & Conditions here.

BP Pricing Difference

We do pricing a little differently on our JDM brands and we believe in making things simple and clear. No hidden fees or surcharges. Every price you see includes the shipping cost to our office in Los Angeles, California and all the associated taxes/duties/fees for bringing the products into the US. The only shipping you ever pay is from our facility in the US to your location. Be wary of resellers that don’t include the cost of international shipping in their pricing on JDM parts. While we believe we’ll always have the lowest all-in price on JDM products, we offer a price match guarantee for all authentic parts purchased from authorized dealers as well. For many international customers, it’s much more affordable to ship from the USA than from Japan directly, as the air freight and ocean freight costs are typically much less. However, for customers looking to ship directly from Japan outside of North America, or domestically in Japan, we can provide pricing specifically for that scenario. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any pricing questions or concerns. Please email us at sales@bulletproofautomotive.com with any inquiries.
