While the factory ZR1 exhaust note leans toward moving a large volume of air rather than a traditional roar, the SOUL C8 ZR1 exhaust package delivers a fuller, exotic tone befitting a highly tuned flat-plane crank 5.5L engine. Turbo sound is abundant with greater levels of boost volume, and the straight-through design increases volume without being obnoxious in the cabin.

Hand-Crafted Construction

Each system is built from mandrel-bent 0.065-inch T304L stainless steel tubing. Using next-generation metal 3D printing technology, SOUL engineered a 316L tip outlet to deliver optimum flow into the bumper-mounted tips. The sport cats feature a premium SOUL-designed 300-cell high-flow catalyst with custom-specced precious metal coating and a triple metal matrix core. Back-purged TIG welding with ARCAL Prime argon gas ensures proper weld penetration for exceptional strength and longevity. Water-jet-cut flanges and brackets are manufactured to ISO 9001:2015 standards with tolerances of +/- 0.003 inches. Thick-gauge aluminum fixtures act as heat sinks during welding to prevent warpage, and hand-applied heat shielding prevents radiant heat from entering the engine bay.

Special order items from overseas take considerably longer.
