Is the Vertical Side Grille Duct Cover sold for one side or both?

RYFT sells the Vertical Side Grille Duct Cover under one part number, 27-20-1025A, at one price, and the title is singular. RYFT does not list what the package contains, so Bulletproof Automotive confirms fitment details with RYFT before ordering, including whether left and right sides are supplied together.

Does the side duct cover fit the Urus S or original Urus?

No. RYFT lists this cover for the Urus Performante only. Launch coverage reports that the Urus S shares the Performante front bumper, but RYFT does not name the Urus S, and the original 2019 to 2022 Urus has a different bumper, so Bulletproof Automotive does not claim fitment on either.

Does the cover change cooling or airflow?

RYFT presents the part as a carbon cover for the vertical side grille duct and makes no airflow or cooling claim for it. Lamborghini designed the Performante front with revised intakes and reworked air curtains, and Bulletproof Automotive does not suggest the RYFT cover alters that function in either direction.

Is the side duct cover exposed carbon?

Yes. RYFT shows the cover in carbon fiber with its two by two twill weave visible, matching its other Performante front covers. At the outer corners of the bumper the weave catches light from the side, so it is often the cover owners notice most in photographs.

How should carbon duct covers be cleaned?

Ducts trap insects and road grime in their recesses, so soften deposits with a pH neutral pre wash and work with a soft detailing brush. Rinse well and, where possible, blow the recesses dry with low pressure air. A UV stable ceramic coating protects the clear finish and makes later cleaning faster.

Description

RYFT Carbon Fiber Vertical Side Grille Duct Cover for Lamborghini Urus Performante

RYFT’s Vertical Side Grille Duct Cover dresses the upright side ducts at the front of the Lamborghini Urus Performante, sold in the US for model years 2023 to 2025. Where the center and upper covers work on the middle of the face, this piece works at its edges, which is where a front end gets its width. We see it as the part that finishes a RYFT front once the center cover is on.

Design

Lamborghini reworked the air curtains on the Performante to channel air through the front wheel wells, and redesigned the bumper with revised intakes for cooling. RYFT names this part for the vertical side grille duct and builds it in 2×2 twill carbon fiber. RYFT does not describe it as an aerodynamic change; it is a carbon finish for a part of the nose that the factory leaves dark.

Features

Vertical side duct cover in 2×2 twill carbon fiber
Dresses the outer front ducts of the Performante bumper
Frames the width of the face from the edges inward
Completes the RYFT front cover set with the center and upper covers

Applications

Lamborghini Urus Performante: 2023-2025 | 4.0L twin-turbo V8

Notes

RYFT lists the Vertical Side Grille Duct Cover for the Lamborghini Urus Performante only, not the original Urus
RYFT does not name the Urus S or the Urus SE Performante for the side duct cover
RYFT does not publish a piece count for this cover, so it is not stated whether one or both sides are included

Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest. It is not Bulletproof’s policy to guarantee delivery time of any special order item, this is impossible for us to do. By ordering you acknowledge that there is no required delivery ETA and an order may not be canceled or altered due to manufacturing or shipping delays, all ETA’s are provided as a best guess only. BP Pricing Difference

We do pricing a little differently on our JDM brands and we believe in making things simple and clear. No hidden fees or surcharges. Every price you see includes the shipping cost to our office in Los Angeles, California and all the associated taxes/duties/fees for bringing the products into the US. The only shipping you ever pay is from our facility in the US to your location. Be wary of resellers that don’t include the cost of international shipping in their pricing on JDM parts. While we believe we’ll always have the lowest all-in price on JDM products, we offer a price match guarantee for all authentic parts purchased from authorized dealers as well. For many international customers, it’s much more affordable to ship from the USA than from Japan directly, as the air freight and ocean freight costs are typically much less. However, for customers looking to ship directly from Japan outside of North America, or domestically in Japan, we can provide pricing specifically for that scenario. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any pricing questions or concerns. Please email us at sales@bulletproofautomotive.com with any inquiries.
